Backstory: when Madelaine was 14 her parents died in a car accident. She didn't have any other family so she was put into a foster home. She lived there until she was 17 before running away. She spent time in a homeless shelter before getting a job at a burlesque club. The club owner let Madelaine stay with her until she was able to get her own place. The owner also encouraged her to go back to school and she did. Madelaine went to school in the day and worked at the club during the night. Once she turned 18 she started dancing there and was able to make more money which she used to pay for a better place to live and other stuff. She does carry some trauma and grief from her parents sudden death but she hides it as she doesn't like feeling emotional or weak. She instead shows it through her music as she does aspire to be a rockstar.
