assumptive to let these signs overseen
in a meadow of colorful bliss and grin
your broad shoulders that i could leannever speak about these blue tales
moved past from our exes picture frames
this latest version of ourselves entails
how beautiful, tragic our old self dayscheers to the phrases we often speak
of how we compliment each other unique
of how you console me when feeling lovesick
here's a deep kiss to your lovely cheekon those days we don't feel like saying
on those records you don't feel like telling
my heart beats like a fire burning
fighting this urge of point-diggingto the narratives that we aren't sharing
maybe i should stop foretelling
if we keep on holding, if we keep loving
guess it's enough why we're here risk takingmidnight calls are painless, breathless
remarks, views, opinions that are pointless
to the things we don't speak about doesn't make us less
we are more than these stories of love's taintless
