"R-Right... She's right! Sometimes, even if you're nervous or afraid, you just have to step forward! To forget such a simple fact... I can't forgive myself. I'm so ashamed! Please, someone hit me! I can't forgive myself! Somebody hit me! Punish me!" Taka was unreasonably disappointed in himself
"Jesus. If you have time to yell about it, you have time to DO something about it." Mondo criticized him
"Perhaps, but... what is the mission, exactly?" Hifumi asked
"Idiot! To look for a way out, duh!" Leon said
"And we totally need to find out whoever was controlling that stupid bear and beat the hell out of 'em" Junko was definitely ready to beat the hell out of someone
"Or any information, for that matter" Quill offered clarification
"...B-But before we do all that, maybe we should take a look at the handbook... It's probably best to check out the school regulations Monokuma mentioned before doing anything else" Chihiro offered the only real decision since the bear left
"True. If we stumble around with no clue what the rules are, something like that might happen again..." Celeste agreed
"Shit..." Mondo scoffed
"Fine. Then let's hurry up and check out the stupid rules already" Junko complained as she complied anyway
After turning the handbook on, the first thing he saw was just what the bear had explained

Opening the 'School Regulations' from the menu, it showed the rules, unsurprisingly
[1. Students may reside only within the school. Leaving campus is an unaccepted use of time] not like we have much of a choice at the moment
[2. 'Nighttime' is from 10pm to 7am. Some areas are off-limits at night, so please exercise caution] ok, but what areas are restricted? I feel like that's important to know
[3. Sleeping anywhere other than the dormitory will be seen as sleeping in class and punished accordingly] just 'the dormitory'? Not specifically your own dorm, or even the dorm rooms at all, just the general area
[4. With minimal restrictions, you are free to explore Hope's Peak Academy at your discretion] Pretty vague, vague means even easier loopholes
[5. Violence against Headmaster Monokuma is strictly prohibited, as is destruction of surveillance cameras] only the 'destruction' of the cameras? So covering them or messing with their wiring is fine? And if you can argue your own definition of 'violence' you may be able to loophole the first part too
[6. Anyone who kills a fellow student and becomes 'blackened' will graduate, unless they are discovered] ... Interesting wording...
[7. Additional school regulations may be added as necessary] so anything he doesn't like will suddenly become a rule, so loopholes will most likely only be able to be used once
