She had Dewey drop her off at Stu's house
She knocks on the door and the boy answered his grip on the door tightening once he sees who it is

"Scarlett? What brings you here on this fine evening-""Billy's in jail. And I really don't feel like talking to my dad" she says quickly and he hums like he's thinking if he should let her in

"Stu, please-""I'm just fucking with ya. My parents are on a trip anyway" he shrugs letting her in

"What happened there?" He asks gesturing to the bandage peeking out for her shirt
She waves him off flopping on the couch

"I'll tell you tomorrow" she mumbles tiredly

She hears the boy curse under his breath before a blanket drapes over her
"Can you sleep down here tonight? I don't wanna be alone" she admits quietly, opening her eyes to look up at the boy

The boy nods after a moment laying down on the other end of the couch and grabbing another blanket from the back of it

"Scar....hey, Scarlett, wake up" Stu says in a sing song voice before he sighs dramatically picking her up and throwing her over his shoulder
"Dick!" She exclaims as a sharp pain shoots through her side

"Time for school" he says sweetly like a mother would, a large grin on her face as he places her down in the bathroom and shoving her bag into his hands that Billy had been bringing over before he got arrested

"Thanks" she states and he hums quickly flicking her nose before closing the door

With Stu as her guard dog the whole day she got around just fine
That morning there was a woman asking what it felt like to be stabbed and the boy asked her if she wanted to find out
Threatening. But a good way to avoid the vultures

She went to school as usual but in a small town word spreads fast. She avoided everyone the whole day, hiding out in bathroom and empty classrooms

Stu picked her up at school after classes were suspended telling her Billy was cleared and out of jail
He picked a few flowers up giving Scarlett the white fuzzy one

"Make a wish" he demands and she grumbles thinking for a moment and blowing the white fuzz off

'I wish to get out of this town, with Billy' she thought it was a stupid wish the minute she thought of it but let it go throwing the stem to the side

"Cizzool cuz scizzool is izzout" Stu says handing the girls flowers as the walk along with them
"Darling, I don't what you did, Sidney, but on behalf of the entire student body, we all say, thank you!" He shouts
"Drop it, Stu" Tatum demands hitting him with the flower

"I say, impromptu party tonight, my house" he states picking Scarlett up as she was looking around for Billy walking too slow
"Celebrate this little siesta. What do you say?" He asks the girls

Tatum walks behind the two swinging the girls arms as she lays limp over the boys shoulder
"Are you serious?" Sidney questions

He places the girls down softly pushing her forwards before grabbing ahold of his girlfriend
"Parents are out of town. This little vixen doesn't invite the entire world, we'll be fine. Intimate gathering, intimate friends"

"What do you, Sid? I mean, pathos could have it's perks" Tatum says before Stu drags her around holding her up by her waist as they walk
"Totally protect you. Yo, I am so buff. I got you covered, girl" he brags

"I don't know" she mumbles

"I mean, come on, Sid. For me? It could be fun" Tatum says pulling Sidney to a stop as Stu starts kissing on her neck
