"Draco! Draco!" I ran as fast as I could shouting his name. I needed him to stop. I needed to talk to him. He ignored me and carried on running towards Malfoy Manor. I felt bad enough as it was because I had just left Fred standing there, and the fact that my best friend was ignoring didn't help. Finally he stopped panting.
"Draco," I put my hand on his shoulder, "I'm sorry".
He shrugged my hand away.
"Get away from me you Mudblood."
I gasped. He had never called me that... ever.
"Draco, listen. As much as you've just hurt me, I still want to be your friend. Just tell me, what have I done?"
"What have you done? What have you done?! You really are as feeble minded as you look! I hope you enjoy your wedding because I won't be there!"
Ok? What wedding?
"I beg your pardon?!" I said, outraged.
"You and that blood traitor. That Weasley. It's obvious you've chosen him over me."
What?
"Draco, stop it. You're being stupid. I would never choose someone as evil as him over you. You're-"
"Pah! Evil? I don't think anyone could be less evil. I can't believe you even thought that story was true! You're so gullible and thick!"
At this point, I was almost in tears. He had lied to me. The person I had trusted my whole life was nothing more than a heartless monster.
"There was no fight, the Weasley's were never evil, in fact they're too nice. It's rather pathetic... just like you Kyra Smith. I hope you and your boyfriend have a nice life," he started to walk away.
"Wait!"
He stopped.
"What do you want?"
"Why are you doing this to me?" I said.
His answer was exactly what I didn't want to hear.
"Because... I love you."
And I knew he meant every word.
He stomped off, leaving me standing there in floods of tears.
From that moment on, Draco Malfoy and I were no longer friends.

Awwwwww, so sad! Ok, ok don't shoot me. I am soooo sorry for not updating for ages. I have a very long case of writer's block, I've had tons of homework, I've been on holiday, etc etc. So all in all, I've had a very busy last few months. Again...... SORRY!!! Thanks to everyone who has stuck with the book and supported me along the way. Love you! Unfortunately, I only have one more chapter left of this book... but don't worry! I know what you're (hopefully) thinking. It can't end like this!!!!!!!! I am making this series into a trilogy, there will be another book called Secrets Revealed. There will be more information on that at the end of this one. For those of you who read my other books, sorry they're on hold. I am determined to finish this one before I continue with those. I can only focus on one at a time. So anyway, thank you for sticking with the book and being patient with me! Hope you enjoyed the chapter! I will try and update again as soon as possible! Keep writing and reading!
