"Hey, Ash. Wake up. Ash! Wake up! It's already 6:30 in the morning and for pete's sake it's your first day of school! Gosh! You should have atleast set an alarm. Hey! get up already sweety." My mother woke me up kasi nga daw late na ako. I protest for a while but I immediately got up when I realized what my mother have said. First day of classes ko nga pala ngayon and shit antagal ko pa namang kumilos. Hayst.
I immediately went to the bathroom to take a quick shower kasi nga male-late na ako, hindi naman pwedeng pumunta ako ng school ng walang ligo, diba? Knowing myself, super arte ko pagdating sa aking katawan and I don't like na di ako naliligo. After I took a bath, I just went to my walking closet and pick my outfit for my first day of classes. Syempre it's my first day so I should pick a nice one. And by the way, there's no school uniform in this University and it made me happy when I knew it.

It didn't took me long to pick my outfit so I immediately went downstairs and I saw my parents eating already. As I hurriedly walking to go near my parents, I am looking at my wrist watch to see what time it is already. And sadly, it's already 6:52 AM. So, I just went to my parents and kiss them both in the cheeks.
"Sit down, sweety. Have your breakfast first before leaving." My father said but I just shook my head.
"Thank you, dad. But maybe next time? I'm already late and my first class will start at 7 o'clock in the morning. I'll just eat my breakfast at school na lang after my first subject since I have 30 minutes break before the second subject tho." I replied as I looked at my watch again.
"Fine, Iunderstand. But next time set an alarm so that you won't be late and you'll be able to eat breakfast with us." My dad said with a sad tone.
"Hehehe.... okay dad. I will. I'm sorry. Bawi na lng po ako. By the way, I need to go na po mom,dad. Super late na po kasi ako eh." I said.
"Take care always, 'kay? We love you sweety." My mom said.
"Yes, I will po. I love you both too and also take care po." I hurriedly kissed their cheeks again and almost runnng going to the door.
"Manong was already waiting outside, sweety!" Pahabol na sigaw ni dad as soon as I open the door. I immediately went outside the house and went on the car that's been waiting for me outside.
Mabuti na lang my school is not that far. It will only take us 10 minutes if it’s not that traffic. But sadly, traffic ng kaunti so I don't have choice but to bear it and also bear my situation for being late in my f'ng first day of classes.
Maaga naman akong natulog kagabi but I just don't know why I woke up late eh kahit na di naman ako nag a-alarm eh na gigising naman ako even if I'll just set the alarm in my mind. Maybe I got too excited for my first day kaya napa himbing ang tulog ko? Hayst.
