Mingyu smiles as he look outside of the cafe. Everyday in New York is a good day, whatever the weather would be. The boy will always look forward to late mornings. Because Ares Athena is there.
They had been spending and experiencing together the things that could be experienced in New York for eleven days now. He knows little about her for a friend but a little too much for a stranger and he's happy about that already.
"Gosh, I am late! I'm so sorry Gyuu!" Thean says with a cheeky smile plastered on her face. "Where are we going today?"
"On my place?" Mingyu asks. "If it does not make you comfortable it's totally fine! I just really want to show you my place here."
"Oh, you have a place here?" Thean asks. "Why are you staying in a hotel, then?"
"My childhood is complicated so." Mingyu says as he scratch his head. "But yeah, I used to live here until I was 10."
"I'm sorry for asking."Thean says, biting her lip in embarrassment.
"No, it's fine." Mingyu says. "so, shall we go now?"
"Let's go!"
(Present Day) "why are you pouting like a little kid, Mingyu? You've been sulking like that since you got here." Thean says. Mingyu is inside her room now as she fold her clothes. He came unannounced so she wasn't really prepared for him but she let him in since it's raining cats and dogs outside.
