I walked around my apartment as I scrolled through my phone waiting for my waffles to finish cooking, before I sat down on my grey couch with my feet propped up on the table. In front of me the TV was playing Demon Slayer, it was during one of the training arks so I was barely paying attention. Sometimes the main character training could take so long, it almost feels like a filler, all I cared about was seeing more Nezuko. Along with husband material Tanjiro of course.

I lifted my head up quickly hearing a hiss, I looked over to see a black cat with bright green eyes hissing at a golden brown husky. The husky kept placing its paw on the cat, forcing the cat's back to lower, seeming not wanting to be touched by the beast. "Lola!" I snapped, getting the husky's attention. "Stop pestering Void!" I ordered firmly, glaring at the husky who just looked at me, lifted up her paw, then placed her paw on the black tom cat who wacked her head in response earning a surprise look from her as he trotted away before jumping onto my lap. "I warned you." I said with a sigh, before looking back at my phone, ignoring the huff that Lola made.

I then heard a low beep, signaling the waffles were done, I stood up placing Void on my shoulders to which he balanced perfectly, bumping his head against mine as I scratched behind his ears. I opened the lid to the waffle machine before taking out my waffles and placing them on a plate before adding a small square of butter and some maple syrup. I then grabbed some milk before eating my breakfast at the bar of the kitchen, my body semi turned as I continued to watch Demon Slayer while eating my waffles. Void now jumping onto the counter, sniffing my plates of waffles before walking away.

I then heard a knock on the door, causing me to gobble down the rest of my food, practically tossing the plate in the sink. "I'll be right there!" I called out as I bolted to my room. I slipped on my socks and shoes, making sure the uniform was alright, then grabbed my backpack before turning off the TV. "I'll be back later you two. I better not come back home to a mess." I glared at the two before grabbing my phone then running out the door. Leaving the husky and cat to stare at one another, Void letting out one last hit in Lola's direction causing her head to droop.

I exited the car once I got to the school, saying "Thank you. Also don't worry about picking me up later, I can just take the bus or something." I then closed the door before walking over towards the school entrance.

"(Y/N)!" I stopped in my tracks as I heard my name being called out, I turned my head seeing Mira and Zack walking over. "Hey. Did you finish that homework we got yesterday?" Mira questioned as she walked on my left, Zack walking on Mira's left, placing Mira in the middle.

"Shoot, that's what I forgot." I say, turning my backpack over in front of me, unzipping it before taking out a sheet of paper, the questions never answered. "I'll do it in class." I say with a shrug as I kept the paper in my hands, turning my backpack to rest on my back, as we entered the school. "Oh wait!" I say as I take my phone out of my pockets. "Can I get your numbers?" I asked them, holding my phone out to them.

"Hm? Oh sure." Zack responded, reaching over to grab my phone from his hands, inputting his number before handing it to Mira to which she inputted her number as well then gave my phone back to me.

I smiled at the two of them, "Thanks." Once we reached the classroom I went over towards Daniel and Jiho, which the two were semi close to one another, getting their numbers next before Zoe came running to me after she heard I was getting the groups numbers, inputting her own. Last but not least, I sat down next to Jay, handing him my phone to which he smiled and input his number.

Classes were the same, I was not able to finish my homework in time but the teacher gave me a free pass since I just joined the class yesterday. Relief washed over me, happy I got a freebee for once. Before I knew it, it was lunch time once again. I ended up going ahead of the group as they were getting their stuff together, along with helping Zack find the lunch money he lost. They left me in charge to find seats, to me it was a mighty honor to be so trusted as to choose the right table. My smile immediately dropped to a frown as the sound of plastic hitting the ground reached my ears, stopping me in my tracks.
