chapter 13

dixie's pov:
i roll onto my side. roll back onto my back. i slam my arms and legs on the bed like a starfish. i take my blanket off. i put it back on.
i couldn't sleep.
i was wondering if noah was asleep right now. should i go check?? probably not... okay one peak cant hurt.
i creep downstairs before gently knocking on the spare room door
'noah, you up?'
no response. i creak open the door and look at the clock facing me
2.34am
i close the door behind me and walk into the bedroom. all of a sudden, i feel an arm wrap around my waist and i start to get tickled.  i start giggling before quickly putting my hand over my mouth. i try pushing my away before gently being let go and falling onto the bed. i prodd myslef up with my elbows and lean my head backwards
'noah!! what was that' i say still laughing
'shhh your gonna wake everyone up' he says before leaning over me on the bed. i lift my head up and look up at noah. he smiles  at me before beginning to kiss me. i grab his face and pull him onto the bed. i pull away after a while and look down at noah's body.
'hey my eyes are here' he said smirking
'well maybe if you put some clothes on i could look at them without being distracted' i say sassily
'your the one who walked into my room. plus you told me to sleep in my boxers'
he said before getting up and pulling his joggers from yesterday over his boxers.
'so why you down here anyways at 2.45 am'
'i couldn't sleep'
'neither tbf, i was missing you'
he looks at me from the dresser and makes a sarcastic pouty face
'stop it' i say looking at him 'you know this thing we are doing is supposed to be casual, we can't be missing eachother'
' but what if we can' he says as he sits himself next to me
'noahhhhh we have been through this' god that man drives me mad
'i'm joking i'm joking, or am i?' he said laughing as i playfully hit his arm

'dix it's getting late and we got school tomorrow so i think you should back to your bed' he says after we had been cuddling for a good 15 minutes. he kisses my head and strokes me hair.
'tryna get rid of me are we mr beck' i say as i get up and walk to the door
'never' he says before giving me a quick peck and going back to bed.
i creep back upstairs and climb bakc into bed with still 2hours of sleep before the alarm.

noah's pov:
i hit stop as soon as i hear my alarm ring. i rub my eyes and slide out of bed before going into the en suite to clean my face. i grab my phone and message dixie:
'hey can you come to my room and bring me some clothes. unless you want me to wear nothing ofc'
i laugh at myslef before turning my phone off and making the bed.
i hear a knock at the door
'hey it's mee'
i open the door as i'm greeted with dixie and some clothes
'damn i'm suprise you brought clothes. thought you would of gone with the second option.' i say smirking before shutting the door and going into the en suite to change
'haha funny one noah' she said before closing the door of the bathroom behind me
i come 10 seconds later fully dressed.
'wow you look so pretty'
'shut up'
i smile at her before giving her a morning kiss
'goodmorning dixie'
'goodmorning handsome, now i'm gonna go get ready so you can talk to my parents in the kitchen'
talk to her parents, on my own??
'dixie are you su-'
'noah they won't bite you now go go'
she said pushing out of the bedroom door and i nto the kitchen.

'hello noah' marc said before sitting at the breakfast table with a coffee
'morning, anyhting i can do to help ms d'amelio' i say as i walk over to the oven
'no i'm alright love and call me heidi'
i walk over to the coffee table and sit down next to marc
'so noah how long have you and dixie been friends??'
'hmm since she came back to school really, i wasn't the nice person in my past but being friends with dixie really helped me become a better person'
'i'm glad to here it kid' said marc before getting up and headed out the door
'see ya tongiht love' he said before kissing heidi's head
'i will see you next time i'm here marc' i said before smiling warmingly
'wont that be tonight' he said smiling and winked at me

'here's your pankcakes love' said heidi before placing a plate of delicious good infront of me
'wow thanks! this is amazing'
'no problem, so tell me about you noah' she said as she washed the up the pan
'well i have a brother called Tyler, dixie dated him for a bit but he was a bit of a control freak. i used to be quite the player and popular at our school but that was just a cover bc i didn't get attention at home. dixie is helping become better though.'
'oh yes i heard of tyler. and hey we all make mistakes along as you are getting better'
i smile at her before handing her my finished plate.
'i will go check up on dixie and the other if you want'
i said as i stood up
'yes that would be good, also noah, marc was right, i hope to see you here tongiht. you seem like a good kid noah' she smiled before patting me on the back.
i headed up stairs. wow i never had that before.

dixie's pov
i ran up the stairs before picking out an outfit. i wore a white racer top with black flares and scraped my hair into some what of a slick back bun. i washed my face and began to apply a bit of makeup before charli and kenzie walked in.
'hey dix how was your night with noahhhh' charli says
'it's was good thanks'
'i'm too young to be an auntie though!' kenzie said laughing
'shut up! we are not even together. i don't want to rush things and ruin what we have!!'
'wow very sensible said charli befire giggling and sitting in my bed.
'hey guys' said noah as he walked in
'your mums made you breakfast, i just had some and i was a 10/10' he said as he leant against the door frame
'well we will leave you two whilst we go eat it' said kenzie as she grabbed charlis hand a ran out

once they had gone noah came over to me and out his hands on my shoulders
' you look stunning' he said as he look at me in the mirror
'thank you' i say blushing a bit but managing to cover it up by turning away
'i love your family dix'
'well maybe one day you can be a part of it' i say under my breath but i think he heard
'what did you sayyyy' he said laughing
'nothing i said nothing' i say as i get up and face him
'okk' he said before kissing my head and walking out
'oh and btw i would love to make our own family' he says smirking before pulling a pack of condoms out of his pocket and throwing them in the bin. he runs down stairs as i chase him. we get to the kitchen doors and stop before going in
'i hate you for that. and the joke didn't even make sense' i say laughing
'love you to' he says blowing me a kiss and entering the kitchen.
