*1 year later*
"All right you guys are to be working on your hero costumes, then get ready for your internships" Eraser says
"Mines done" Everyone says but me
"Jay how abut you?" Eraser asks
"Dont think I'll need it...plus wearing my own drip is cool enough" I say
"I'll allow it for now" He says
Once we all say our goodbyes we board our busses
"Aye Bayley, look out for this kid here" I laugh winking at Mando who punches me softly
"I will" She giggles waving
Me, Red Riot, Uraraka, Sue, and Maya are on the same bus. Me and Riot get dropped off at the same place
"Well lets do this" I say
A little girl runs into me before I enter
"Oh i'm sorry are you ok?" I ask kneeling down
The girl dosent say anything. She instead just grabs onto me.
"There you are" A voice says from behind me
My eyes widen in fear, Riot hardens just in case
"Sorry about my daughter, I hope she was no trouble, we were playing and she ran off" A man with a Crow mask says
"Why are there bandages all over her arms" I say in a grim tone
"Like I said we were playing...she likes to play rough" The man says again
"P-Please don't go" The girl asks crying holding me tighter...she then started trembling
I put my arm around her
"Why is she crying...and I'll ask again...why dose she have bandages all over her...and why is she trembling" I say getting irritated
I glance to the side and see a Security Camera pointed at us. I forgot we were infront of All Mights old Sidekicks base. If this really was a villain, I could use him to get info. I look back at Riot and he knows what im doing.
"I'm her father...you really think I would hurt her, you have no right to console me about this matter" He says looking at the girl with a glare full of Malice
"I'm sorry" The girl says wiping her tears and running towards the man
"Good Girl, You heroes take care now" The man says as they leave
We enter the building and my mind was all over the place...I was angry...even in my past I wouldn't dare hurt a girl...thats how I was taught and whenever I seen girls getting beat it just made me so angry.
"Nice Job" A man says when we enter
"Huh?" Me and Riot say
"We've been chasing that man for years, his name is Overhaul. And you 2 just happened to bump into him right outside our doors" Sir says
"Overhaul...isnt he in one of the strongest gangs in Japan" I ask
"Your a smart one arent you" He asks
"That girl...she had bandages all over her...she didn't want to let me go and she was crying begging me not to go" I say
"I'll let others know, we're gonna get help on this case, this is bigger than expected" Sir says
"Jay you did the right thing, there wasnt anything we could've done" Riot says
"Alright we're going on Patrol today Jay and Riot...suit up" Sir says
