truth be told~ The maze runner

i sat up quickly with a shooting pain in my foot, again i started screaming.

i turned to see the wood that newt and minho put into the gap had fallen onto my foot,
smart.

the ground shook with a piercing noise
the medjacks rushed over with alby, newt and minho

"tia we're gonna pick you up alright?"
i heard jeff and nodded

i felt hands slipping under me before slowly flipping me over onto my back

i let out a huff of air as i stared at the sky
which for some reason there were no clouds
or sun. but it was still light out?

i felt hands slide under me again and began to lift me up

my ankle felt wet as my vision started going blurry

"shuck. she's losing a lot of blood."
i heard jeff as he carried my limp body away

"i'm gonna pass out."
i mumbled and as if on cue i was sucked into a black abyss.

newts pov
i was working in the gardens when i heard a piercing scream making me flinch a bit

i wouldn't have payed any attention to it
but it didn't sound like ben
unless ben had magically turned into a girl.

my thoughts got cut off again when i heard another scream "ow FUCK help!"
the voice was no doubt tia

i wanted to laugh but her screams continued making me slightly worry when i looked over the glade before spotting the one and only tia

she was laying on the ground screaming into the grass which almost made me laugh until i noticed her foot was in between the walls

"bloody hell."

i began running over to her along with every other glader

minho had asked what she did for her to end up like this causing her to look up about to say something before starting to sob

what an idiot i smirked to myself before she continued to sob even louder making me feel bad

"newt go get some wood to put between the gap."
alby instructed me and i nodded heading off to the shed trying to ignore tias screams and sobs

i already know she's never gonna walk the same.

once i got all the wood i walked back to the group and the screaming girl

"minho help newt put the wood in the gap."
alby spoke with concern as we began placing wood in the gap to try and prevent the walls from going any further closed

if that were to happen she probably wouldn't have her foot anymore.

once we were done i walked over to a sobbing tia as i placed my hand on her shoulder unsure of what to do to comfort her

but i knew i had to tell her.

"what do you want." she mumbled
when she saw me
"we can't get your foot out until the doors open up again tomorrow." i spoke furrowing my brows
her face turned paler as her eyes went wide

we sat for a couple minutes not knowing what to do, gladers walked around tia aimlessly
some stared at her ass which i couldn't help but get a little angry

i watched as one of the gladers , jake had accidentally kicked tia when he was walking causing her to scream in pain

"sorry ladyshank." he mumbled
"alright everyone get to bed!" i ordered anger rising in me. and soon everyone complied leaving only minho, alby and the med jacks
