ETSUKO IMMEDIATELY BUSIED HERSELF with the 'homework' mr. soo has left us. everyone had 2 weeks to memorize all the lines they had in all of the songs.
being a major character, that meant etsuko had to get to work fast. including the small lines, she had to memorize: alexander hamilton, aaron burr sir, my shot, the schyuler sisters, farmers refuted, right hand man, a winters ball, the story of tonight (reprise), wait for it, ten duel commandments, meet me inside, guns and ships, dear theodosia, non-stop, what'd i miss, say no to this, the room where it happens, schyuler defeated, washington on your side, the adams administration, we know, the reynolds pamphlet, the election of 1800, your obedient servant, the world was wide enough, and who lives who does who tells your story.
that's a lot of songs. she couldn't imagine what choreographing would be like. it's good that she had an impeccable memory.
she knew the majority of those songs already so she wanted to focus on the ones she wasn't too familiar with, like: schyuler defeated, the adams administration, and what'd i miss. even though it would be a lot of work, she couldn't wait to start.
