I never realized that the first time I looked back into yours

I have my best friend, Sapnap with me

We just left the jewelry store

If only you were there to see how nervous I am

Just hours away to proposing to you

Call me a simp, but I didn't just get you any ordinary ring

I got you a ring with your favourite coloured gemstone on it

One that was similar to what I saw from the book that you were reading when we were at the library

And I may or may have not asked Karl to secretly take your ring size

When you were hanging out with him one time

And he successfully did so

I kept my thought of being crafty for you

And I recently did something that I also wanted to give to you later other than a ring

It's just a simple bracelet with blue beads

I searched up a tutorial for it to make it look unique

But I didn't really like how the way it turned out

So, now it's just there resting somewhere in my bedside table

Maybe I'll give it to you soon

Just not now

You might not like it anyway

Sapnap and I were now at a flower shop

I specifically asked the woman working there to get some blue violets reserved for me a week ago

She then brought it out and carefully wrapped it in blue tissue paper to make it a bouquet

Just the flowers itself reminded me of you again

And those were one of the rarest anyone could ever buy for someone

But money is no problem for me

As long as it makes you happy

I paid for it and we went back to the car

Sapnap was the one who's driving while I was trying to be mentally prepared in the passenger seat

With the flowers on my hands and the box in my pocket

I fixed the bouquet a bit because some of the flowers were not close together

When we were almost at the park

I took a flower from the bouquet and kept it close beside me

I planned to keep one to myself just so I would know when your flowers are dying

And that's when I'll know when to buy new ones for you again

We got out and went to a specific place in the park

I told Karl to bring you here

When you thought it's supposed to be a hangout with all four of us

But it's not

Sapnap brought the bouquet with him and I kept the box in my pocket when I saw you and Karl heading towards us

I was relieved that you somehow didn't saw the flowers and kept talking to him

When Karl and Sapnap winked at me and told us that they need to go somewhere

It's just us two now

Alone

Together

You asked me what was that about, but I was able to come up with a quick reason

And that seemed to not mind you

We both walked and explored the park

There weren't much people there except some kids playing with their parents by their side

When we reached my desired destination

I turned around to face you

And I began to ramble about how you meant so much to me

And how much you have impacted my life

Just by meeting at a coffee shop

I got down on one knee

Pulled out the ring

And said four words that will both change our lives forever

I didn't even mind that people caught our attention and surrounded us

All I could see right now was my future husband staring at me with happy tears in his eyes

You answered yes

Just in time for Sapnap to appear behind me so I could put the ring on your finger

And give the flowers, too

With Karl also being there to record that perfect moment

Though, I still don't know why a part of the world is still cruel with just seeing two males being happy

When a few parents took their children away from the sight of us

And with some even scoffing at such behaviour

Well, don't mind them, okay?

Let them be

They are just jealous that they don't have what we have
