I Am a Fool

And I'm damn proud of it you see

What others may consider harmful

Doesn't dare hurt me

I wake up to the beaming light every single day

And while others may be dragged down by pessimism

I just sing away

Dancing, and prancing, and caressing with glee!

Oh what fun

Look at me!

Grabbed a tote filled with salt

And shake it till it turns pink

Run around an empty forest and scream with glee!

Don't let the stresses of failure bring you down

For with every failure

IS ANOTHER REASON TO BE FOUND!

So look on high

Or maybe low?

Take your time

And just let it go

It doesn't have to be perfect

You don't need a whim

Just do what feels right deep inside

And accept what's within!

Let the eyes look down at us and judge from above

Let them say 'You're no good' or 'You'll never be loved.'

But deep down within the pit of our minds

We both know

We

Are

ONE OF A KIND!

So I look at those eyes, and you know what I say?

I SAY SCREW YOU!

I shall rule the day!

You may gorge yourself on thoughts and banter

But I run wildly

With happiness and calter!

Dancing, singing, and running amok the fields!

For I am a fool

That feels real

And maybe one day

You'll accept how it feels and join me in the beautiful field.

A.N- Aww, how cute, an actually nice poem, hopefully this doesn't get overshadowed by my most depressing poem.
