Enthralled
Enslaved
Oh how the mighty fall
Something funny within the irony
That the greatest of us
Fall into a sea of pity
And how some of us hide it
By simply being witty
The Endless Sea
Outstretched before a young me
Outwards my hand reach
Towards the mirage of a beach
So simply, it seems
Just within my eyes' gleam
But when I take a step
It doesn't get closer yet
I take some more,
Stumbling and falling
Now sinking, to the ocean's floor
Positivity!
And yet, even so
As I sink
I will not let go!
There's too much to say
Too much to do
And if my positivity inspires you
Then positivity you shall go through!
For even within the depths of the sea
There's still wonder
Just waiting to see!
