Next day

Abhimanyu was in the hospital early due to emergency. Akshara was in goenka house.

In birla hospital

Abhimanyu comes out of the ot and informs  the patient's family that patient is out of danger.

Abhimanyu- rohan...main cabin me jaa raha hu...aaj ke appointments start karo

Rohan nods- ok sir

Abhimanyu was going in his cabin when he sees some chaos near the reception. He goes there.

Abhimanyu- kya ho raha hai yaha...nurse joy...what's happening

Nurse joy- sir...vo inke bacche ka accident ho gaya hai

Abhimanyu sees the man and the child whose head was bleeding. Abhimanyu immediately kneels and checks the injury.

Abhimanyu yells- dr rohan cotton dijiye...now

Rohan quickly gets cotton and gives abhimanyu who stuffs the cotton on his injury to stop the bleeding.

Abhimanyu scolds the staff- sab khade ho kar tamasha kya dekh rahe ho...ab tak is bacche ka treatment start kyo nahi hua...dr rohan le kar jaiye is bacche ko...u will handle this case

Rohan- yes sir

Abhimanyu looks at the child's parents- aap jaiye inke sath...aur ghabrane ki baat nahi hai...chot gehri hai lekin sab thik hai...do teen hafte me thik ho jayegi

The parents thank abhimanyu and goes with rohan. Abhimanyu glares the staff.

Abhimanyu angrily- treatment karne ke bajaye scene create kar rahe the...why an immediate action was not taken

The staff remains quiet.

Abhimanyu irritated- sab ke sab nikamme ho gaye ho...yaha jitne bhi doctors...nurses...wardboys hai...sab ek hafte ke liye day shift ke baad night duties bhi karenge...without any fail...aur agar ek ne bhi isse bachne ki koshish ki toh ye ek hafta ek mahina hoga aur vo mere under kaam karega...now back to work

All get back to their work immediately. Abhimanyu goes in his cabin.

In Abhimanyu's cabin

Abhimanyu was taking all his appointments. He was busy with his patient when he sees that the stock of medicines which he keeps in his cabin is not updated. Abhimanyu gets angry.

Abhimanyu murmurs- lagta hai aaj sabki claas leni padegi (to his patient) aap ye medicines hospital ki pharmacy se le lijiye...aapko saari medicines yahi mil jayegi

Patient thanks him and leaves. Abhimanyu calls.

Abhimanyu sternly- rohan...mujhe puri team orientation room me chahiye...now

He hangs up without even listening to rohan.

In orientation room

Abhimanyu enters and see all his team there.

Abhimanyu sarcastically- hello everyone...kaisi chal rahi hai aap sab ki vacation...hospital me koi problem toh nahi hai...ac vagerah thik se chalta hai na...canteen...canteen me sab sahi hai na...khana vagerah time par sab hai...right (all looks down) how is the vacation going guys...please give suggestions how can we improve our hotel services to u all (angrily) hotel hi toh khol rakha hai hamne...chutti manane aao...ek kaam karta hu...mri room ko gaming room bana deta hu...aur jitne bhi private wards hai...unhe five star hotel rooms me convert karwa deta hu...chalega na...are u all idiots...tum sab ko join kiye ek mahina bhi pura nahi hua hai aur abhi se irresponsibly behave karna shuru kar diya...this is a time u all prove yourselves to us...varna interns ho...interns hi reh jaoge...don't expect a promotion from me...shayad aap sabke seniors ne bataya nahi hai...koi baat nahi main bata deta hu...meri team me galtiyo ki saza hoti hai...second chance nahi...mujhe laga tha ki its time ki aap log surgeries me assist kare senior doctors ko...but ab nahi...kisi ka dhyaan nahi hai kaam par...agar kaam nahi karna hai toh hospital chod do...varna is hafte ke end tak main fire kar dunga...aap logo ke paas ek hafta hai...prove it to me ki aap sab apna kaam jante hai...kar sakte hai...varna i am going to select a new team for me aur aap sab ka future meri ek sign decide karegi jo ki main aap ke termination letter par karunga...this is first and last warning...on duty mujhe koi irresponsible behavior nahi chahiye
