As Jake Carson diligently cleaned and fixed his six-shooter pistol, an unexpected loud explosion rang through the air. Without hesitation, he sprang into action, knowing his duty was to protect the innocent. Rushing towards the source of the explosion, he swiftly rescued civilians from danger.

But amidst the chaos, he spotted the enigmatic figure with the arachnid mask once again. This time, however, something was different. To Jake's shock, the strange man also possessed a Rider Belt, just like his own.

Without delay, the man assembled his own Rider Belt and placed it around his waist. As the belt activated, it chanted, "ARACHNO-GEAR!" It became evident to Jake that this mysterious adversary was also a Kamen Rider, wielding the power of the Arachno-Gear.
