And hence, we agreed to risk it all and try to go to the library. We have covered our body parts like our arms, feet, neck, etc with cello tape that we happened to find there.

It might not be the most effective way to stand against the zombie bite but it will surely save us some time. It was better than having exposed arms and legs.

It was a green cello tape and it looked hideous over our bodies but no one seemed to care even a single bit about it.

We have planned to form a line to get through the corridor with the first person carrying a desk to sweep the zombies away. The most dangerous spot was probably the one at the end.

But Yeonjun was kind enough to suggest that he should do that job. Beomgyu accepted the duty to carry the desk with Hueningkai behind him, followed by me, then, Taehyun and Yeonjun at the end.

But now, the situation had got even more dangerous. I couldn't hide anymore behind Taehyun, expecting him to save me from the danger. Even though I never intended to do so.

I, myself must take a stand against the zombies. It was decided that me and Hueningkai try to take down the zombies that might appear from the classrooms to the right while Taehyun chose the left ones.

I'm not sure about my partner. He seems tensed about it. He hasn't fought alone against any zombie yet. So, haven't I. He isn't too sure if he wants to go out there. He's scared. But, I'm determined. Atleast, I'm trying to. I must survive. I've gotta meet my mom.

"You'll be fine." Taehyun spoke as he taped my right arm. Others were helping each other out too. "I have even found you a partner." He gestured at Hueningkai with his eyes.

"I'm not too sure about that." I replied. Taehyun had finished taping. He cut the required amount of cello tape from the rest by biting it off. He then, passed the cello tape to the others.

"I will be around. Just try your best. We will survive this." He said after holding me by my arms. The assurance in his eyes did make me think I might actually be able to do it. I nodded.

"Are we done?" Taehyun turned to the others. "Just a minute." Beomgyu who was helping Hueningkai tape his right arm replied. "He wants as much tape as possible. Anything that gives him the slightest chance to not get bitten, he'd readily take it all." Yeonjun whispered in Taehyun's ears.

Taehyun watched Hueningkai with soft eyes. He must be worried about him too. "Ahh! My arm hurts!" Beomgyu whined. "Let me do it." Yeonjun offered to take over Beomgyu's duty.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door that caught everyone by surprise. They froze at their spots. All of us exchanged glances of confusion and terror.

"It can't be a zombie." Taehyun whispered. "Zombies bang, they're not brainy enough to knock." Yeonjun replied in a whisper too. "Let me get it." Beomgyu offered. He walked through the narrow space between me and Taehyun towards the door.

Beomgyu grabbed an axe that was around before unlocking the door cautiously. He did unlock the door, but he didn't swung it open. He carefully pushed the door a little and peeked out of it.

"Oh, get lost!" Beomgyu sounded exhausted, clearly not sounding like he wanted to see whoever was at the door. It wasn't some zombie for sure.

Taehyun signalled me to get a little away from the door so as to give Beomgyu some space. I did as I was told to.

Beomgyu was about to pull back the door but someone interrupted by placing their foot on the doorframe, avoiding the door from closing. "Yuna." Beomgyu muttered.

All of us had the exactly the guest we didn't want. "Is it right to close the door on your friend's face?" Yuna placed her hand on the edge of the door. "It's also not right to push your friends into the mouth of death. Go away." Beomgyu was about to pull the door back but Yuna resisted.

Yuna let out an unusual chuckle. It sounded evil rather than her pretending-to-be-cute chuckle. "Oh? And should I remind how you people let the zombies eat me?"

"Just go find a place to hide if you haven't been bitten. Stop lingering around us." Taehyun snapped. "Uh huh? Courageous enough." Yuna replied.

I decided to speak up. "Yuna. Please go away. Seeing you just reminds us of the friends we lost. We trusted you and-" But she decided to interrupt with another laugh of hers.

"Trusted me? Well, I wish you never had trusted me. It's your fault for what's going to happen now." Yuna smirked. "Stop with your-" Beomgyu was about to push her away but Yuna screamed at the top of her lungs.

It was so shrilly and high pitched that I thought my eardrums would burst any second. Wait... I realised what she was doing, she was inviting the zombies. "Close the door!!" I yelled at Beomgyu.

"Too late." Yuna smirked. "But you-" Yeonjun was probably confused to so as to why she was also ready to get herself bitten just for the sake of us becoming food for the zombies. The zombies surely weren't intellectual enough to be able to form allys or something.

"Oh? Me? Don't worry!" Yuna passed us a sweet smile that looked rather creepy. She then held out her arm. Her arm had the bites of the zombies and her body too was slowly showing signs of converting.

That's when I realised that she was already bitten and didn't want to die alone. She wanted revenge and therefore decided to use her bitchy way to get rid of us as well.

Before we could take any further step, zombies started to flow into the room from either side of the corridor.

Is this the end?
