Living together with Winter (my manager) has it's own advantage and disadvantages. It's either a dream or a nightmare.
Advantage because Winter cooks really well. Disadvantage because she doesn't allow me to eat with her.
It's an advantage because she can take care of me 24/7. Disadvantage because she always nag me.
It's an advantage because I can be with her all the time. Disadvantage because she's with me but she only focus on her work.
I bit my nails because of so much frustration.
Living with Winter as my Manager is not a dream. It's a nightmare.
"Karina you have a schedule in an hour get ready." Winter said upon opening my door. She didn't even bother to knock or at least say 'good morning' which made me irritated.
How can I get her attention without telling her I want her attention?!
She's been my manager for like two years now and all the attention I got from her was all about her godamn work as a manager.
Okay, I don't know why I'm acting like this all of a sudden.
Well maybe because we're not really close enough.
I'm her artist dapat lang naman siguro na maging close kami kahit papano, diba?
She's so ano kasi. Strict tapos lagi nalang seryoso. Ever since naging manager ko sya di ko man lang sya nakitang mag-loosen up.
She's cute, charming and all pero why am I only getting a work on work treatment from her? Whenever I tried being close to her or even just by making jokes for her she would always say with her oh so serious face "I'm not in the mood for this kind of things Karina. Let's go back to work."
Hindi yata tao manager ko kundi robot.
Hindi ako umalis sa higaan ko. I know na may schedule ako ngayon. It's a photoshoot for my new endorsement.
Bahala sya.
I stay still sa higaan ko and waited for her na bumalik sa kwarto ko.
Bumukas ulit ang pinto revealing her. Nagsalubong ang dalawang kilay nya nang makita akong naka-upo parin sa higaan ko.
"Karina ba't hindi ka pa nag-aayos?" She asked. Tinignan nya yung relo sa wrist nya. "May 30 minutes ka nalang."
I crossed my arms and huffed.
"What? Anong problema?" she asked again. "Don't make me nag you nang ganito kaaga." She added with her serious voice.
"Giselle nag me nonstop kagabi about dun sa show na hindi mo sinipot. Wag mo sanang hayaan na gawin ko rin yun sayo."
"Argh! I fucking hate you." I said annoyed. Padabog na naglakad ako papunta ng bathroom.
It's really a nightmare.
Nakarating na kami sa venue kung saan yung photoshoot.
I didn't move from my seat which earned a serious stare from her bago sya bumaba at pinagbuksan ako ng pinto.
I thought it carefully kanina. Kung ganitong sa trabaho nya lang lagi ang focus nya might as well use it to her ng sa ganun eh makuha ko lagi attention nya.
"Manager I find it hard ngayon na maglakad mag-isa." I lied.
Her face suddenly painted with concern.
"Bakit? May masakit ba sayo?" She asked.
