Hobie

I felt my heart drop.

"..What?" I asked quietly.

"You can see him on floor 72." She pointed to the elevator.

I moved to the elevator, my boots echoed on the metal floors.

When I got to room 72, I gulped.

"He's okay." I told myself, "He'll be fine."

I opened the door, I saw doctors surrounding Harv.

I ran to his side, looking him up and down.

"Young man, Please knock next tim-" I cut him off with an angry glare.

"Get out." I growled.

"What? You can't tell me to-"

Someone else cut the doctor off.

"The kid's upset. Let him be."

Soon, it was just me and Harv.

"'m so sorry." I mumbled, "'m so sorry."

"Hey.. The nurse said I could find you here." I heard, snapping my head around to see Miles.

"Yea. Ya can." I looked back at Harv, "Are ya stayin' or goin'?"

Silence was heard from the other end of the room.

"I'm staying," He said quietly, "If you want me to that is."

"Yea. T'at's okay I guess." I muttered.

I felt his hand go on my shoulder.

"I'm really sorry." He told me.

"Ain't ya fault."

The silence continued, The minutes turned into hours.

"You'll have to leave. Visiting hours are over." The nurse informed us, I glanced at her with tired eyes.

"Okay." Miles pulled me up.

"No- I can' leave 'im!" I reached out for Harv, Miles pulled harder.

"Hobie- We can stay at Gwen's dimension! It's okay!" He whispered, trying to comfort me, It didn't work.

"'m not leavin' ma brothah!" I yelled at him, "I can't."

He sighed.

"I'll get him out." He told the nurse, "Just give me five minutes."

The nurse nodded and headed out.

"Please don' make me leave." I sighed.

"I have to," He let out a shaky breath, "We can visit him tomorrow."

I slowly got up.

"Okay." I muttered.

"Thanks Hobie." Miles walked out, I locked the door behind him, "Hobie?!"

"Sorry Luv." I grinned, "Ain't leavin' my brother in this dump."
