Aphmau's POV As I was towards the office I wondered who I was getting paired up with. Last time I remembered that we only had solo missions not team missions unless you decided you going to work with other vampire slayers. As I got in the office I sat down and saw that Travis was there.
"Hey not-alone-buddy your partner should be here soon." Travis said
"Not-alone-what?" I asked
"Not-alone-buddy is a name I came up you know especially now that we're friends." He replied
"You literally kidnapped me and I'm staying here against my will how are we already friends?" I asked confused as Travis was about to answer a guy with demon horns that went from dark blue to light blue. He had sienna skin, blue eyes, dark brown hair.

"Ah Pierce there you are. Aphmau this is Pierce he's a demon and Pierce this is Aphmau she is a grade 4 vampire but a special grade scorcer." Travis said

"Hello." Peirce said waving at me. I could tell from his mind that he least was a sheep-lover and was a goofball but his face kinda looks like the quite and serious type.
"Wait so uh why I'm working with a vampire again?" He asked
"Why do I even bother." Travis mumbled
"For a team mission dumbass." I said
"Oh right." Pierce said
"What rank is he again?" I asked Travis
"Apparently he's a grade 1 demon but a special grade 1 scorcer." Travis said
"So he's one grade lower than us." I said
"So where are we heading?" Pierce asked
"Yeah you never told the location at all." I said
"Right you are heading to Mount Mitake because lately hikers have been going missing and we suspect that it's an kitsune oni." Travis said
"Wait aren't oni's, demons who possess vampire corpses to escape death? I thought those were extinct." I said
"And don't forget it's a kitsune meaning its a special grade oni." Pierce said
"Well there are many vampire type creatures such as yokai who are vampires that possess human corpses, nukekubi which are female vampires that possess multiple animals and fuses them together into one monster, the rokurokubi which are vampires that possess spirts making them half spirit." Travis said
"Let me guess we go and kill the oni." I said
"Exactly." Travis said after all that we went outside and got in a car to head to the mountain.
