I was born in a royalty family but we aren't like the other royalty, we have a little secret that no one know about, we are vampires, I always hated the way I am, I hate killing people just to keep ourselves alive..

As I'm getting into my clothes, I hear my mother yell my name "CHAN!" I sigh "I'M GETTING READY!" I yell back, she didn't reply after that, once I was done I walk out of my room to the kitchen where I saw y/n and her family..

You see y/n and her family aren't vampires but they are also royalty so mine and y/n family are friends but I always get scared that they will get hurt, I don't want to hurt y/n, I care for her way too much ever since we were kids, "hi Chan" y/n say smiling "hi y/n" I reply back, y/n and I went into the lounge room as our Parents talk about god know what, I sigh as soon I sat down.

Y/n doesn't talk much, she been like since we were little but yet she still talks to me here and there more then anyone else and I'm happy for that "so y/n, are you ready for your birthday that is coming up?" I ask she nod, y/n is turning 19, I stop ageing when I turned 17, I am 18 turning 19 few days after y/n birthday.

My family and Chan family have been friends for so long, both families are royalty, Chan and I grow up together, it's nice to have Chan by my side but I don't talk to him that much "y/n can you come here for a second" my mother say from the kitchen I got up from the couch and walk to the kitchen, Chan follow behind me and went near his mother "yes mother?" I ask she smile "we were talking about your birthday that is coming up and mrs bang said we can have it here if you want too, you can invite your friends, how does that sound?" She say/ask, I nod "sure" I say with a little smile on my face, I sigh before walking out the kitchen, I walk around Thinking.

Invite my friends, the friends that aren't my friends but Chan's, I don't even think they like me, everytime Chan invited them over to hang out with us, they would always give me a look..

They hate me, I know it

"y/n?" I look next to me and there was Chan, he looks worried "are you okay?" He ask I nod "just thinking" I say "is it about your birthday?" He ask I nod "mother said to invite my friends, what friends? I don't have any, your friends don't like me I know it, all I have is you Chan" I say with tears in my eyes, I felt arms around me, Chan is hugging me this is new, he never hugs me

Then I heard it again

"Vampling"

Chan

I don't hug y/n because well I'm a vempire and she's a human "my friends do like you y/n, they just don't know to show it, but they have said it to me that they like you and really happy to be friends with you, yeah you don't talk much but that okay, they don't mind it okay" I say to her, I pull away from her and wipe away her tears, I get my phone out as my arms stay around y/n and text the guys

Chan: yo guys, I need to ask you guys something

I wait for them to reply, but at this moment y/n is all I can think about, she's upset and I don't like seeing her cry "how about we go to my room like old times, I know how much you love my room" I say she nod by the time we made it to my room, the guys have reply, I let y/n go and she went straight to my mic, she loves singing, she has a good singing voice, I get my phone out to look at the message as
y/n start to sing.

Leeknow: what is it Chan?

Changbin: is everything okay?

Hyunjin: what is it, I'm in the middle of something

Han: ??

Felix: has something happened?

Seungmin: what is it old man

I.n: did you do something wrong?

Me: no no nothing bad happened, I just want to ask you guys if you want to come to y/n birthday, It's going to be at my house

Changbin: yeah ofc, y/n is fun to be around

Me: I wish she could understand that

Leeknow: what you do mean by 'i wish she could understand that'

Me: well she thinks you guys hate her and she started crying not that long ago, but she fine now, she singing in my room right now, it's her favourite thing to do

Felix: y/n can sing?!

I.n: we don't hate her, yeah she doesn't talk much but we like having her around even though it's hard since she's human

Me: thank you guys, I'll tell her that you guys are coming! Take care

I get off my phone and look over at
y/n, she smile once she was done with the song she was singing "your voice get better and better everytime I hear you sing" I say, I noticed her smile "t-thank you" she say I nod "the guys said they would love to come to your birthday" I say

As I was singing all I could hear Over and over was the words "Vampling" "Vampling" "Vampling" over and over, it starting to annoyed me "can I ask you something" I ask Chan he nod "ofc y/n what is it?" He say/ask I took a deep breath and whisper "what is a
Vampling" I look at him but I couldn't tell what he's face is telling me "why you asking?" He ask "oh I saw it somewhere and I wanted to know what it is" I say, I had to lie, I'll find out myself if I have too..

Vampling.. I know about them but it can't be possible they are very rare.. half human and half vampire, how did y/n saw it somewhere, did she find something in my room, I was reading about them, no I put it away somewhere she wouldn't find, I need to keep an eye on her, she finds out what it means that means she will find out about me and my family, I can't let that happened, y/n keep on singing I just sit on my bed listening..
