CHAPTER 61-Meetings

Robyn and (Y/n) entered Baltimore's nightclub with no one bating them an eye. But as they entered the main room, Robyn looked around for Toshinori. (Y/n) gazed around the establishment before focusing on the Force to find Toshinori. He feels a REALLY strong presence and turns in its direction before spotting Toshinori sitting at one of the booths. He pats Robyn on the arm getting her attention before pointing towards Toshinori. Robyn walks past him, and he follows. When they get within 6 feet, Toshinori snaps out of the daze he was in and notices them. He recognizes (Y/n).

Toshinori: "(Y/n)! It's good to see you." he said, smiling slightly.

(Y/n): "Good to see you too, Toshinori." he said as he and Robyn sat down in the booth with him.

Toshinori: "When I was notified of your arrival, I had a bad feeling about this to be honest." he said, showing concern.

(Y/n): "No need." he said, putting the worries aside. "I'm here to discuss Union Academy related matters."

Toshinori: "Union Academy? Why?" he asks, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

Robyn: "Apparently he plans to infiltrate Union Academy." she adds.

Toshinori's eyes widen and nearly shoot out of his head.

Toshinori: "You what!?" he asks in shock. "You're planning to infiltrate the most heavily defended facility on the planet!? I can't even begin to list how this could go wrong."

(Y/n): "No worries, Toshi. When it comes to sneaking behind enemy lines, I have some experience. All we need is for me to get inside the Academy. Either as a Student or staff member." he said.

Toshinori stays silent as he takes this in. He then gets an idea.

Toshinori: "How old are you?" he asks.

(Y/n): "20."

Toshinori: "Hm, the best you can do is become a Staff Member or forge information saying you're a Third Year Student. But based on your skills and apparent age. I think a Staff Member would be best, but then you'd need to speak to the headmasters." he explained.

Robyn looked down as she put her hands on the table in front of her. She knew this would be risky. But then she had an idea.

Robyn: "Wait, what if I put him under recommendations?" she asks.

Toshinori: "hm? What do you mean?"

Robyn: "I know the Recommendations only work for First Years, but what if we put him under recommendations as an apprentice? That's how Imperial Arms users are entered into Union Academy." she suggests.

Toshinori: "that could work." he says while grabbing his chin in thought. "But considering the headmasters don't particularly like you-" Robyn sighs. "I think it's safer if someone else recommends him to the headmasters." he says, finishing his explanation.

(Y/n): "Who do you have in mind?" he asks.

Toshinori: "I'll have to give him a call first. It shouldn't take too long but I suggest you get comfortable in the city. I have no idea where he could be at the moment." he says.

(Y/n): "Why not do you?" he asks.

Toshinori: "I already have an apprentice. If I suddenly say I have another it would be suspicious. It's too risky. Especially since I'm well known." he said.

Robyn: "All the more reason for it to be you. They trust you."

Toshinori: "You honestly think they trust me? I'm not in their little inner Circle. Qrow is though, has been for a while." he said.
