Yang and (y/n) started to walk to the workshop and left the rest of us behind.

Weiss: so Blake, were you with (y/n) earlier tonight?

I immediately began to walk away.

Pyrrha: where are you going?

Ruby: I don't want to hear you guys talk about (y/n) that way.

Mercury: you like him too?

Ruby: eww he's my brother!

Mercury: he's your brother?

Ruby: yes he's my half brother.  Anyway do you want to come with me or stay here listening to them discuss the terms of their harem?

Mercury: on second thought yeah I'll go with you.

We walked away and started to explore the school more.

Mercury: so (y/n) is your brother?

Ruby: we have the same mom.

We kept walking through the empty halls. The smell of the blood was nauseating.

Ruby: I want to puke.

Mercury: why?

Ruby: I'm getting sick from the smell of blood.

I took off the mask and threw up. I quickly wiped my mouth.

Ruby: I'm starting to hate this night.

Mercury: yeah. So what are you going to do when the night is done?

He hands me a bottle of water and I quickly take a drink. I spit it out to clean out my mouth.

Mercury: why are you all cut up?

Ruby: it was when I was captured by a rogue hunter. Before (y/n) showed up, he was cutting me with one of his knives. Luckily he did show up and he helped me.

Mercury: how long did you know he was your brother?

Ruby: I didn't know at first . I had a suspicion he was related to me but not like that.

I put the mask back on.

Ruby: let's get going.

We kept walking through the school.

Mercury: do you have any idea where you want to go?

Ruby: I don't. I just wanted to go on a walk.

He stopped talking and looked out the window.

Mercury: what is that?

I looked out the window to see nothing.

Ruby: what the city? I know it's full of beasts.

Mercury: no that thing crawling on the window.

Ruby: there's nothing there.

Mercury: you don't see it?!

Mercury: I'm not crazy! There is a beast crawling on the school.

We kept walking through the school but I noticed papers from books scattered around. They made a trail into an empty classroom. I began to follow it and saw they were pages from a book on the nature of insight and enlightenment. In the classroom I saw a dead body with its eyes glowing holding a piece of paper. I grabbed the paper and read the last message this person wrote.
