3rd Person POV -

Chapter 12: Mira's Master Plan

A week later -

After her heart-to-heart conversation with Ren, Mira couldn't shake the feeling that there was still hope for him and Jia. She believed that if they could create a plan to make amends, there might be a chance for their reconciliation. So, she decided to take matters into her own hands and meet with Ren to strategize.

Mira enlisted Jayden to join her in this mission, much to his chagrin. He was still quite skeptical of Ren's intentions and didn't trust him one bit. However, Mira was determined to bring the two together for a conversation.

Ren, unaware of the impending chaos, agreed to meet with Mira at a quaint little café in London. He arrived early, his nerves making him fidgety. He ordered a coffee and sat at a corner table, glancing around nervously.

Mira and Jayden entered the café, and Ren's heart skipped a beat when he saw them approaching. He knew Jayden was still wary of him, and facing both of them felt like walking into the lion's den.

As they sat down, Mira wasted no time in getting straight to the point. "Ren, we need to talk about how you can make things right with Jia."

Ren nodded, swallowing hard. "I'm willing to do whatever it takes."

Jayden, however, wasn't as accommodating. He crossed his arms and fixed Ren with a stern gaze. "I'm not sure we can trust you yet, Ren."

Ren felt a surge of panic. He knew he had a long way to go to regain Jayden's trust, but he couldn't let this opportunity slip away. He considered making a quick exit but thought better of it.

Mira, sensing the tension in the air, decided to take matters into her own hands. She leaned in close to Ren, her voice a hushed whisper. "Ren, do you really want to make amends with Jia?"

Ren nodded emphatically, his eyes pleading for a chance.

Mira grinned mischievously, and in a voice that was far from discreet, she said, "Well, you see, Ren, if you don't make things right today, I might just set Jia up with Theo."

Ren's eyes widened, and he stammered, "Wh-what? Theo?"

Jayden snorted, clearly amused by the chaos that was unfolding. "Looks like Mira's got a plan of her own, Ren."

Mira leaned back in her chair, a devilish glint in her eye. "Oh yes, Ren. I've noticed how you reacted when Theo held Jia's hand earlier. You looked quite... possessive, if I may say so."

Ren blushed furiously, his secret jealousy exposed. He hadn't realized he was so transparent.

Mira continued, "So, here's the deal. You stay, and we help you make amends with Jia. You leave, and I'll play matchmaker with Jia and Theo. And who knows, maybe they'll have a cute little family, and you'll become Ivaan's uncle."

Ren's eyes widened, and he looked positively terrified at the prospect. "You wouldn't."

Mira simply raised an eyebrow, her expression saying it all.

Jayden couldn't contain his laughter any longer, and he burst into guffaws. Ren sighed in resignation, realizing that he was cornered.

"Fine," Ren said, defeated. "I'll stay and do whatever it takes to make things right with Jia."

Mira smiled triumphantly, and Jayden finally joined in, patting Ren on the back. "That's the spirit, Ren. Go get your girl."

As they delved into planning their strategy, Ren couldn't help but marvel at the sheer unpredictability of his newfound alliance with Mira and Jayden. Little did he know that this chaotic trio would soon embark on a mission to win back Jia's heart, with humor, determination, and a dash of playful threats to keep things interesting.
