Another week of school goes by without any problems other than Abby telling her friends that I stole you from her. I just ignored the looks her group of friends would give me as we walked in the halls. Friday came around and by that time, I was used to their glares.

"Are you wearing my jersey again for the game?"

"Uhm sure, so I don't have to find something to wear to fit the theme." I shrugged.

"Good because I've got it right here for you." You smiled as you took it out of your bag and we walked to Moran's class.

I laughed at your preparedness as I walked to class with Zeph.

"When's the wedding?" Zeph joked as I rolled my eyes and jokingly hit him before walking into Campbell's classroom.

As usual, after Campbell took attendance, the class left to go to the library. As I walked down the stairs, Jalerean was making his way up the stairs. I didn't notice as I walked past him until he called out for me and started walking next to me. I tried to be friendly since he was still Kikis' boyfriend. He talked to me about the game and started asking if I needed a ride home or to the game. I thought it was weird how he had asked me instead of asking Kiki.

"I'm good. I'm catching a ride with Bia since we have NHS after school."

As we walked to the library, I saw you at the table in the left corner. I made my way over as Jalerean kept saying that it was fine and that he could wait after school. I continued to decline as I got to the table.

"Fine. This is why you won't get a man." He tsked and walked away as you look at him

He truly thought he hurt my feelings when he said that I started to laugh at him. As he walked away, we started to just burst out laughing. Other than that encounter, the rest of the day went on as usual. Bia and I went to the ninth-grade center and went to Mrs. Jershi to get the keys like usual.

"Oh, Mr. Handsome is with you guys this time. There's not much to do today, but just tidy up and then you guys can go."

We just awkwardly laughed and nodded as we went to the closet. True to her words, the closet didn't have anything new around or anything that was taken. Tidying up the closet only took 50 minutes, because we messed around while we were putting stuff away. Once we finished tidying up, we went to hand back the key and get our hours signed off. We made our way to Bias' car and Bia and I made our way to her house to get ready for the game while you went to the locker rooms. Throughout the ride, she kept asking about what the theme for the game was and I tried to look for it in the student section on Twitter

"No but aren't you wearing Martin's jersey anyways?"

"Yeah, I don't even know why I was so concerned." She laughed as we walked into her house.

I greeted her mom and her sisters before making our way up to Bia's room to get ready. Bia rummaged through her closet to find Martin's jersey as I put on some light make-up.

"What are you wearing to the game?''

"Theo's jersey." I said as I grabbed it out of my backpack.

"How are you going to put it on without getting makeup on it?" She asked as she pulled Martin's jersey over her head and then started doing her makeup.

I stood there in realization as I put my stuff back into my bag and looked at Bia with an "oh shit" look. We ended up laughing about it as she finished getting ready. We started brainstorming as I put my hoodie on without caring if my makeup got on it since it was black, while your jersey was white. We asked her mom for ideas and she pulled the hood of my hoodie over my face as we pulled the jersey over top. It took a good 10 minutes to get it on as we laughed throughout the process. I said thank you and we made our way to the game. Once we got to the game, we found Kaia, Kiki, and your brothers standing by the fence like usual.
