Up to you- NCT Dream, PRETTYMUCH

Nothing changed within the group. No awkwardness that came from their breakup. We were still the same close knit group.

"I'm going to Ohio for the weekend to visit family next week, so you two have to fend for yourselves with the boys." Kaia says as we sat in the booth at Bubba's.

"Don't leave us. How are we going to manage against so much testerone?" Bia joked as you and the guys made your way over to the booth.

The seating was still the same as it was before their break up. Honestly, I think they seemed closer than they were before. You guys asked Bia what she was saying and Kaia told you guys what she told us. You guys snickers as if you guys had plans on making the weekend insufferable for us while she's away. The night consisted more of side conversations as we all just talked amongst ourselves with whoever.

"I heard the seniors are going to Punta Cana for spring break next month." I say as you just sit there playing with my hair.

"Yeah, but I'm not going. It's more of the party too hard kids that are going."

"Abby must be so disappointed that you're not going. She kept asking if you were going when I was in the locker room."

"Abby can shut it. If I were to go, it definitely won't be because she's going." you shrugged.

Abby had been trying to get closer to you throughout the week and yet you don't seem to budge. Give the girl a chance, she's giving a lot of effort into being your whatever.

"Enough about Abby. What are you planning to do over spring break?" you ask.

"Sleep."

"Ok, besides sleep."

"Help Veronica find a prom dress." I shrugged.

I didn't have any plans for spring break. I never did. Living in a pretty strict Asian household meant breaks were spent at home rather than in another state or country.

"Which reminds me. Did you get your suit yet?" I changed the topic.

"No need. I already have a simple black and white suit. All I need is a blue tie to match her dress."

"Are you sure you don't want to go to prom with me?" you asked with puppy dog eyes.

I could never say no to those eyes, but Abby was involved in this. I wasn't going to let you let her down after she had practically told the entire school who was taking her to prom. That's too mean. I shook my head no before we changed topics again. The night flew by and we all said goodnight to each other as we went to our respective cars.

"Mom wants you to come out to dinner with us next weekend." you informed me as I sat in my car with the door open.

"Like Saturday night or?"

"Yeah, Saturday night. You can just drive up to my house or I can pick you up and we can get to the restaurant together."

"Okay." I responded as you stepped between my legs and hugged me.

We stayed like that for a bit before you pushed yourself off me a bit. I gave you a smile and you smiled back.

"You're so pretty." you quietly complimented before kissing me as I smiled into the kiss.

"Mhm... I know, you tell me everyday." I mumbled into the kiss.

"Let me say it again then. You're so fucking pretty."

I laughed at your aggressive compliment. I kissed you again before pulling away and you stood up straight. Only when I was sitting in the truck was when I'm taller than you. You pulled into another kiss before letting me sit correctly in the seat to drive and you closed the door.

"Goodnight my love."
