It was next day. after the fight yesterday Sid and saavi did not talk to each other at all. both of them cried, suffered but slept in pain.
Today was haldi and tomorrow is wedding but what will happen? how will the marriage take place and even if it takes place, how will she deal with the.unhappy marriage.
the haldi event is at evening, the whole day saavi kept thinking how things are going to go
no matter how many times he hurted her or she said "i hate him", deep down she knows its always going to be him for her.

she started getting ready for the haldi. she didn't want to but she had to.

This place was again chosen by Saavi.
Both of the families arrived at the destination
it was a beautiful setup done with garlands!
Saavi came in first and sat in one of the rube like things Next Siddharth came, they both had an eye contact but she broke it. he kept looking at her he didn't just look at her, he admired her.
Haldi is hindus is for cleansing and purying couple's body. It symbolises happy start of new life.
All the preparations of haldi were done. The turmeric paste was also made.
One by one all of the aunties came and started applying haldi to both of them, saying things like " sada sukhi rako" and etc etc.
It was now time for their friends to come forward and apply haldi
saavis old friend group came infront, applied haldi to siddharth in a well behaved manner and went towards saavi with great force, which made her protect her face with her arms. Siddharth noticed it and before they could apply it," guys slowly please" he said while protecting saavi with his hand
Saavi looked at him, " pretending as if he cares" she thought.

Next were his friends, all of them boys
They came infront and applied haldi to saavi very lovingly
" namaste bhabhi" one of his friends said smiling
Saavi smiled at him too.
now, all of them came running towards siddharth and applied haldi to him in an awkward manner. before saavi could say anything, he was fully covered in haldi
" ah, this went into my eyes, mom" Siddharth yelled, rubbing his eyes
Saavi quickly bend over to his side, took her pallu in hand and wiped off his eyes
" are you okay?" she said, concern fully plastered on her face
Siddharth looked at her and nodded.
The ritual conitnued just like that, without saavi and Siddharth talking to each other!
They went home early, and slept bcs of the most hectic day of all events. WEDDING. TOMORROW IS THEIR WEDDING!
