its been a month since saavis brother died and her family left her. She hasn't smiled in a while now. Siddharth has been busy with his own work as well which has made saavi think that their marriage is going down hill. right now she was working on her laptop, her only way to escape her overthinking. her secret lover has not stopped texting her, she gets scared bcs of that too. now she has decided to tell everything to Siddharth since it's going out of hands. Currently it was 7 30 pm she didn't even notice when Siddharth entered.

" did you eat?" Siddharth asked in a cold tone taking off his watch.

his voice pulled her out of her trance, she looked up to see him

" no" she answered and put away her laptop
Siddharth just simply nodded and entered the washroom.

" siddharth i want to tell you something" saavi uttered, seeing him come out of the washroom.

" lets have dinner and then we'll talk" Siddharth said leaving the room, making saavi sigh

" Siddharth, Tomorrow your canada bua is visiting. she has no idea you're married. bcs we didn't get the time to invite her and besides you know how she is. please be polite okay?" siddharth's mom said being a little hesitant

" What? Mom you guys forgot to invite the most troublesome person of our house" Siddharth said being shocked

" Actually no, we didn't invite her purposely. you and saavi got married in kindof a hurry. plus ita just a alliance so.." sids dad said, making saavi turn her head to them while Siddharth just hummed.

" Siddharth, i wan-" saavi said entering inside the room after dinner

" saavi later please? i am tired" Siddharth said sleeping on his bed.

" Siddharth its important" saavi said trying to wake him up.

" Saavi please" Siddharth said pulling the duvet over his head

" I sometimes feel like you don't love me at all" saavi said and turned around to leave, but siddharth woke up and called her out.

" When did i say i loved you?" Siddharth asked.

Saavi looked at him confused, she thought he loved her.

" your actions?" saavi said being confused

" Oh? So my actions were so loving that it made you think as if i am in love with you?" Siddharth scoffed

" why are you behaving like that?" saavi asked frowning bcs she was not understanding his words

" Nothing, just sleep" He said and was about to lie on the bed when she stopped him

" Explain yourself?" saavi said, bcs she wanted answers.

" Just sleep" Siddharth said closing his eyes bcs he was getting irritated

" why are you avoiding my question?" saavi asked trying to continue the conversation

" i am not avoiding anything saavi, i told you to sleep" Siddharth said shuting his eyes

" Siddharth I waana know the truth just say-" saavi was cut off.

" What do you wanna know? that I don't love you? So listen. I never wanted to break the ice like this but you're getting on my nerves now. i cared for you out of humanity. i spoke good to you bcs i felt pity. i never actually wanted to accept you as my wife Saavi. I am getting irritated slowly. you know why i have started talking to you less? This is the reason." Siddharth completed his words and slept down.

Saavi stood there with pool of tears in her eyes, shook and broken. she was hurt, broken and tired of this. First her family left her now her husband. She thought she would tell Siddharth about her secret stalker but now he said he doesn't care. she started to think of all the moments of her and Sid. it was indeed heartbreaking for her but she kept quite. she was so used to all of this now. she quitely took the pillow and her blanket. she walked towards the sofa and slept there.

An hour passed, she couldn't sleep. her tears couldn't stop. overthinking was never ending. After some time, she got tired by crying and eventually went to sleep.

Next morning

" Omg, Look at you sooo grown up. Didn't even think of calling me once huh?" Siddharths canada bua ( Reshma) said, caressing shreyas cheeks

" Bua, i have been busy with studies" shreya smiled and answered

" Oh acha No problem haha" Reshma Awkwardly smiled

" Oh Siddharth come here beta" reshma said when Siddharth came out of his room

" Bua? You came so early" Siddharth said touching reshma's feet

" Haan beta, Isse milo" Reshma said smiling, while a pretty young lady walked up.

" Who is she?" Siddharth asked being confused

" Tumhari hone wali patni " reshma whispered, loud enough to be heard by everyone.

Saavis eyes widened, she stood there shook

" Bua? What are you saying?" Siddharth asked stuttering, he couldn't see saavis face bcs he was back facing her

" Oh what? Are you being shy? Haha. ab shaadi ki umar hogayi hai toh ladki laayi hu. Her name is Diya" Reshma said laughing

" Woh Taai-" Siddharths mom tried interrupting but she was cut off

Reshma pulled Diya and Siddharth together and brought them side by side

" Ay hay, Rab ne Bana di jodi" Reshma said laughing and teasing both of them.

Siddharth looked at saavi, his face now facing her. she looked into his eyes and then at diya.

" Reshma." Siddharths dad said seriously

" He is married " His Dad spoke out

Reshma loudly gasped, " What?" she uttered

" Yes" Siddharths mom said pointing towards saavi.

reshma quickly turned towards saavi and checked her out. " she is siddharths wife?" reshma said looking up and down at saavi

" Then what about me?" Diya said in a broken voice.

" Are you guys serious? You got him married and didn't even call me?" Reshma said still looking at saavi.

" woh taai, kya hai naa.. shaadi bahot rush mai hui and plus alliance hai toh jyada kisiko bulaya nhi tha" Siddharths mom said.

The word " Alliance" poked saavis heart so badly. She knew now no one is going to defend her in this house.

" Oh" Reshma started laughing

" matlab ye do din ki mehmaan hai" Reshma scoffed

" Do i still have a chance sid?" diya turned towards Siddharth and asked.

Saavis blood boiled seeing her hold his arm, and calling him sid. only she could call him sid and no other girl should.

Saavi waited for Siddharth to say something

" Um i think we should have our breakfasts now. ye sab baate toh hote rahege" Shaan said noticing the heat in the air.

everyone sat down to have their breakfasts, just when saavi was about to go beside Siddharth. diya pulled back the chair and sat down.

" Excuse me? thats my seat" Saavi said, being irritated by her actions

" You can sit somewhere else" diya said rudely trying to ignore saavi

" Its my sea-" saavi was cut off by Siddharth.

" Can you please go sit somewhere else?" Siddharth said serving himself food.

saavi looked and him hurt and turned around to go bcs she thought he said that to her.

" Diya i am talking to you" Siddharth turned around his neck to diya

" Can you please go sit somewhere else diya?" he repeated himself again

Diya got up angrily and sat beside reshma while saavi took her seat beside Siddharth.
