"shouldn't you be in class right now?"
my dad asked. i rolled my eyes.

"the teacher didn't show up, so i decided
to watch you and your girl scouts" i flashed
a smile at him. "fine, sit there" he pointed to
the bench beside him. i nodded my head and
sat down.

i looked out at the ice. they all looked the same.
well they all had the same outfit on. outfit??
ice hockey gear, i don't know.

a certain boy wasn't skating, he was staring
straight back at me. he was eye fucking me and
i was doing the same back. "sturniolo brother 1,
eyes on the ice" my dad warned him. i giggled to
myself and pulled out my book i was reading.

my dad gave the boys a water break.
most of they're water bottles were around me.
great. a boy grabbed a water bottle that was
beside me. "sorry." i moved away. "it's good."
he said before taking of his helmet. his messy
dark hair falling over his forehead. he looked
at me while drinking his water. i look at his
throat, watching the liquid go down.

"your tate right?" the boy asked. i nodded my
head quickly. "nice, im matt" he put his water
bottle down near me. "well nice to meet you
matt" i gave him a faint smile. "broooooo,
my head is killing me" another boy just like him
walked beside him. twins i'm guessing.
"chris, drink more water" he picked up his water
bottle. i looked down at his hands. he had long
fingers. you know what that mea-

"tate!" my dad interrupted my thoughts. "yes?"
i looked at him. "we're nearly done here, you
wanna go soon your next class should be starting"
he looked down at his watch then back at me.
"i have no other classes today, but i'll leave you
and your girls" i closed my book and put it
carefully in my bag. "and i think im staying
over in summers tonight, i don't know if i'll
be home when you get home" i put my messenger bag on my shoulder. "alright sweetie, be careful
text me if you need anything." "i will dad, thank
you." i quickly hugged him, looked at matt who
was practically eye fucking me again before i scurried away.

practice was about to start before a girl quickly
walked in and talked to coach. i'm pretty sure
that was his daughter. i've heard rumours that
he had a daughter on campus. her name was
tate, i'm pretty sure.

she smiled at him and sat down on the bench
where i put my water bottle. she looked across
the ice. her gaze finally met mine. i was staring
at her, she intrigued me for some reasons and
girls on campus never do. "sturniolo brother 1,
eyes on the ice" coach called me out. i quickly
broke the eye contact and nodded my head.
i was glad i had a helmet on, i was embarrassed
as fuck. he just caught me staring at his daughter.
i quickly glimpsed at her again. she had a book
in her hands and her phone in her lap.

practice was over. i pulled my duffel bag over my
shoulder. "you going to that party tonight?"
one of the boys asked me. "not sure bro" i
walked along side him. "you should come
it'll be fun, if you know what i mean." he winked.
i awkwardly smiled at him and tried to find chris.

"daniel asked me are we going some party that
a loser is hosting" i said to chris as we got into
the car. "we should go, get out the house"
chris automatically connected to the aux.
"do you think nick and madi will come?" i ask.
"probably not, we'll ask."
