"Yeah, coming." you call for your Ilu and get on.

Neteyam dives underwater and you follow him, but with one last glance behind you. As you do that, your eyes meet Ao'nung's again, and he just like previously, looks away.

---

Why was he ignoring me?

What the hell did I do?

Did something bad happen during the conversation with our dad?

Those were all the questions you had in your head the whole day.

You couldn't make them stop.

So you had to talk to him.

You poke your head into your family's hut, searching for Ao'nung - he was nowhere to be seen. You sigh and look around the village, trying to think of where he might be.

"Looking for someone?" You turn your head at the familiar voice, your eyes meeting the bright yellow ones.

"Yes actually." You say as you put your weight on one leg and pop your hip out, leaning your hand on your hip.

"Do you know where Ao'nung is?"

"I don't," Neteyam says, glancing to the side, "I was just actually looking for Lo'ak."

"Weird, they definitely aren't hanging out together." You note sarcastically, hummer laced in your voice.

"Well we did get into a fight a bit earlier.." Neteyam looks away sheepishly.

You close your eyes for a second, shaking your head, "Why?"

"He called Kiri names.. and you know, was just being Ao'nung." Neteyam quickly explains.

You turn on your heels, walking towards the water, mumbling "Acting just like children." under your breath.

Neteyam follows right beside you, like a lost puppy.

"Do you have any clue where they went?" he asks.

You shake your head no, and spot a familiar head of curly hair, "but he might."

The two of you walk over to Rotxo and crouch down to where he was sitting, weaving a basket.

"Hey." You say with a smile.

The blue eyed Na'vi turns his head towards you and smiles, "Hi."

"Do you know where Ao is?" You ask, looking at his handy work.

"I think he went hunting with some of his friends." he said after thinking for a moment.

"Great, thanks." You stand up. Rotxo hums and goes back to weaving the basket.

"Have you seen Lo'ak by any chance?" Neteyam adds.

"Actually, " Rotxo stops and looks up again, a hint of worry in his eyes, "I think he went with Ao'nung?"

You raise your browbone and glance over to Neteyam, who frowns.

"I saw how Lo'ak swam up to Ao'nung and the rest, they talked for a bit and Ao'nung handed Lo'ak his weapon," Rotxo recalled, "They probably went hunting together." he shrugged.

Weird.

You nod and Neteyam thanked Rotxo as you begin to walk away.

"So what now?" he asks.

"Don't know, I guess we'll wait for them to come back." You mumble as you stop in your tracks, "And while we wait.." You smirk as you raise your hand and caress his arm.
