She reaches in the bag and pulls out a small box. Inside there was the flash drive and a note. The note reads:
Dear family,
If you are reading this it means that I am dead. What I say may be a shock to you but I knew this day would come. Watch the video on the flash drive.
As I plug the flash drive into my phone the video appears. I press play not knowing what I am about to hear will change everything.
Video Plays: Hello (clears throat) the date is April 15, 4229. If you are watching this video it means that our project went wrong. and the world is near its end. My name is Yoshi Hizaku. And i must already be dead. What I tell you will effect you for the rest of your life. Which is not long. The project we were working on was supposed to fix the world, not end it. I don't understand. We started this project after we found out the world was going to end in 2,000 years. But we messed up and the earth will die in less than five years. I am sorry.
