Alisha 's Pov :

" Alisha baache apka vrat kaisa chal reha hai aj ka...ap thik hai na "  Nalini aunty asked as we got up from the puja after completing it

"Ji ji aunty humara vrat acha ja reha hai aur hum bilkul thik hain aur apka vrat kaise hai " I asked genuinely because in the last 17 days we had communicated a lot mainly her speaking and me listening but it was a good experience

"Baache hume toh adat ho gayi hai ab vrat rakhne ki toh hume toh jyada kuch farak nahi pad reha...uhh"

She was going to say something but was interrupted by Mr Maheshwari.. Aniket's father

" Alisha baache apne kyun vrat rakha.. Jaha tak hume pata hai apko vrat rakhne ki koi jarurat hei nahi thi vrat toh apki aunty jaisi boring aunty's rakhti hai "  Mr Maheshwari commented with a smug look on his face

" Seriously Aviraj?  Boring Aunty? "  Nalini aunty said with a frown on her face

" It was my wish Sir! Actually bachpan se hi mujhe Gangour ka bahot shauk tha toh vrat karna mere liye tough nahi tha "

" Alisha Baache abhi toh kaam se kaam Sir mat bolo abhi toh ghar pe ho. Uncle se kaam chal jayega "

" Ji uncle! "  I replied with a small smile

As I stood there, engaged in conversation with Uncle and Aunty, an eerie sensation washed over me. It was as if an unseen presence was lingering nearby, observing my every move. The feeling sent shivers down my spine, a strange mixture of creepiness and dread. My instincts urged me to look in the direction from which I felt those watchful eyes, but when I finally turned my gaze, there was no one there. It was a chilling experience that left me unsettled, my thoughts racing as I tried to make sense of this inexplicable sensation that clung to me like a ghostly shadow.

I was pulled out of my misery by a voice which I have become accustomed  in this short span period of 17 days

" Hi Alisha  Di "

" Hello Diya, kaise ho ap "  I replied in a sweet yet genuine voice

And to say that it was hilarious will be an understatement..the look on her face was hilarious it was like she had received her favourite chocolate
She was so genuinely happy seeing me responding to her sweetly

"Main bahut achi hun ap kaise ho? Aur haa mein phir  bhul jaun usse pehle Aaru bhabhi apko bula rehi hai.!! "

"Aaru bhabhi? "

"Are my bad Aaradhaya di!! Unhe hum sab bhabhi hei bulatein hein "

" Acha acha thik thik "

As I moved forward towards Aaradhaya the errie sensation was still their as it was like someone was keeping hawk eyes upon me as I was still trying to find those preying eyes I came face to face with Aaru

"Here you are  !!  Kitni der se mein tujhe dundh rehi thi chal hum sab ja rehein hei  movie phir maa ko jab vidaai denge tab aa jayenge "

" Nahi nahi tum sab ja aao mujhe waise bhi kuch kaam hai toh mein yahan hei baith ke kaam kar lungi office ka  "

"Yaar Allu kitna kaam karegi chal na please "

" Nahi nahi tumlog jaao na ... "

After three grueling hours of hard work, I was in desperate need of a break. Closing my laptop, I took a moment to survey my surroundings. The Maheshwari mansion had been transformed into a spectacle of beauty, like a newlywed bride adorned in all her finery. The househelps moved about diligently, adding the final touches to the already exquisite hall decorations. It was a scene of pure elegance, and for a moment, I was able to immerse myself in the tranquil atmosphere of this magnificent setting, allowing the grandeur of the occasion to wash over me.
