"It's finally showtime for Rap Monster to take the stage. In all the years of training and crafting my rap it's hard to believe I'll get to debut my own work. Gamsahabnida ajusshi." Namjoon said to Bang-nim who was in the back of the studio observing his precious idol.
"I heard things went rather well in your trip in America. How was California?" Asked Bang.
"Incredible like you wouldn't believe. Got to meet some incredible legends there. He was nice to take me to all the sights in Long Beach. Hope we get to tour there in the near future." Namjoon reflected on such an enlightening journey. He felt like Luke Skywalker being mentored by Obi Wan Kenobi. It was too many to list all the amazing moments. He just hopes to take his boys there.
"Wow sounds like you had a very inspirational journey."
"You have no idea. Got some new verses I can try with this album. I'm ready to begin." Namjoon said before he began recording.
The song was titled Awakening in both Hangul and Chinese alphabet. It's a perfect way to describe his own recent experience. He was more than just Rap Monster, the idol. He was an MC at heart brought in local streets of Seoul. Since middle school Namjoon learned to pic up the mic and it was a great factor in perfecting his English. Long ago he would've hated being labeled an idol but now he embraces it. Thanks to people like Yoongi, Hobi, Jimin, and especially Junny. Canadian boi's production skills rivaled his own. He honestly looks forward whenever Junny debuts. No doubt it would rock the freaking world.
