Junny spent the next few months getting accustomed to his full time role as an idol. He still wasn't sure what college he wanted to go so Bang-nim advised he should wait until next semester if he made up his mind. Of course he was happy and sad. Happy he can now spend time with his hyungs especially his best friend Jimin. He was sad because he wouldn't get to spend time with Jungkook. Though he wouldn't admit it openly but he gotten very close to him. He got to learn his hopes and dreams, his insecurities, and he how feels with them as a group.
He was bright kid no doubt about it, but he can be too shy to interact to new strangers. He was afraid Jungkook would struggle fitting in. He was the big brother and the little brother at the same time. Being the second youngest has its ups and downs. He just hoped to continue being a role model to Jungkook.
After months of inactivity BTS was prepared to come back. Unlike their hip centered concepts they were doing in the past, this new rollout was going to be more mellow. Previously they experimented singing more soft ballads with Just One Day. Well, Junny and Namjoon wanted to take that to the next level. While rapping was still going to be there, the vocals were going to be main selling point.
The biggest difference was Jungkook's change in roles. This would be his first comeback without him rapping at all. He already proven to be a capable singer possibly on par with Junny. He is the main vocalist along with Junny and Jin.
The music video was also given an upgrade. Instead of an elaborate stage, they were now performing in different locations including along some train tracks and an abandoned house used as a setting. Instead of just expressing love, they were pleading her to save them from this pain and darkness they are in. In fact they had to censor some shots because it displayed drug abuse and open violence. Despite the censorship, that was not going to stop BTS from releasing it.
