Middle of The Night

i can't even sleep, im just thinking about this crazy shit that's starting to happen out of nowhere. i need to be with Rell.

i called Rell to see if he was woke

"wassup bae" he answered

"where are you"

"im out, finna be headed home tho, you straight" he asked

"no i need to be with you right now, i can't sleep"

"i told you move in with me, i can keep you safe"

"how safe rell, what's safe to you"

"it ain't my fault you got niggas pointing guns at you"

"it ain't my fault either though rell, look, ian ask for your help"

"you didn't have to, ian tryna argue, be on yo way cause ian that far"

"okay rell"

i packed me a suitcase because honestly, i am scared, and don't wanna live alone anymore.

can't go to my mothers home because we still aren't talking, and to be honest, I don't even know if I wanna go there.

i went to my car and searched for last time i saw you by nicki on Apple Music.

as i lifted my head to get ready to pull off. i see a gun pointed at me from outside the window.

i couldn't see his face because he had on a ski but instead of him shooting me, it looks like he was trying to get me to go with him by his hand gesture.

but i hurried up and pulled off, making him shoot at my car.

this is scary and i really just want this shit to end.

15 mins later

i knocked on Rell's door waiting for him to open it.

when he did, i just burst into tears and gave him a hug.

"what's wrong" he asked

"somebody tried to steal my car"

"you serious"

"i think, i can't think of any other reason a gun would be pointed at me"

"what happened, you saw a face, heard a voice" he asked

"no, but he was gesturing me to go with him look like"

"then he most def wasn't trying to take yo car, he wanted you, just like da nigga from da party"

"but why"

"i wish i knew, but im gonna figure this shit out for you"

"where you going" i asked

"see something"

"no, stay here with me" i said, pulling him onto the bed

"ight bae, ian gon leave you"

"thank you" i said

we laid in bed just looking at the walls until i finally finally fell asleep.

i been out all day getting my hair and nails done.

today nee, jas, and nae wanted to go to this college game.

they felt that i should get out more because staying inside with nothing to do would just keep the thoughts lingering.

but i'll have to go inside at some point, right?

the game start at 5, so im gonna be late, they're already there.

i walked into Rell's apartment.

"daaaaaamn, hold up, who that is" he asked

"rell chill out" i laughed

after i got ready i was heading out the door

"keep that location on and check in with me every 5 minutes"

"5" i asked, "20" i suggested

"15, take it or take it"

"alright" i said laughing
