"i mean we're in a great space now, but i just can't forget what she did— it's like .. I can't even explain it"
"what feeling does this give you" Ms.Williams asked
Ms.Williams was my therapist, after all that stuff happened i just needed someone to talk to that i know would listen and give me great advice in return.
"idk it's like my heart beat fast, and i just— i don't know if I wanna scream or cry"
"but do you ever find yourself letting either of those out"

"Maaliyah, you can't fully get over anything by trying to sweep it under the carpet, you have to process this.. this feelings, emotions, and let it all out because if you don't, it'll be there forever, sometimes, you have to think about it, to get over it"
i never looked at it like that, but this is why i loved Ms.Williams, she always find a way to make me see things in a better way.

lately i been spending alot of time with everybody i love most, especially my niece, she's like my escape.
