i was going to leave it another couple of weeks before we do that
that way we can go at the same time that the guys go to get their suits and everything's sorted at once

not exactly
this time of year is usually difficult for zoe so i wanted to push it back a little bit to let her breathe
especially since my mom's going to be coming to the dress fitting with us

zoe
you didn't have to do that
i would have coped

bree
yeah, but i'd rather that you're okay, instead of just coping

can i ask why it's hard? is the anniversary of the accident coming up?

zoe
no, my sister's birthday's coming up in the next couple of weeks

yeah, i can see how that would be difficult
is there anything we can do? should we all get together on the day to take your mind off of it or something?

i kind of like to use the day to honour her as best as i can
i'll probably take ethan to see her grave or something and then spend the rest of the day crying or something

he doesn't really visit ivy's grave much

yeah it's why ethan often will just ask me to take him when he wants to go see her
i think it's too painful for him, which i kind of get
it was really hard for me to work up the courage to go and visit the graves for a long time

i was so proud of you the first time you went without asking me or jay to go with you

i was proud of myself for it
