no this is different
before she got signed, she was so confident about her music. there were times when she wasn't sure if something she'd written was any good, sure, but it wasn't every song like it is now

are we totally sure this isn't the result of things people at her label have been telling her?
she made a couple of weird comments when i was sitting in the bath with her

i mean i was starting to think that but i wasn't going to say anything because it sounded like an insane conspiracy theory every time i thought about it

why would they do that though?

probably to keep her from leaving in case she was offered something better
and because she wasn't in the best mental space when she started with them so it would have been easier

do you have any actual proof of this?

1 – her general change in demeanor about her music
2 – they tried to tell her that she couldn't take the songs she'd written for the third album with her and that they owned them like she'd just let them take them
3 – she got drunk one night on her last tour and decided she was going to move to australia, but it obviously didn't end up happening. she said she just sobered up and decided against it, but i'm starting to think that maybe someone at the label said something to her to make her stay

zoe threatened to sue them over it and they gave up
