I was on my way to Airport bidding my last bye to Mummy and Daddy. I went to Vennela's house to meet their parents, like a very good boy I went to them and said
"Uncle I think we both should live together, know each other more before getting married" I said
"But what if something wrong happens, anyways too low minded what will this society think" He asked me in a heavy tone
"Uncle but please do believe in me, she is a very nice girl, and only If you give me your permission I will look upon her" I said.
"But Nanna is not ok with it, or even if he is okay also I am not" said Bava(Brother-in-law) coming from his room.
"Bava but," I said
"Nah nah no buts, see Karthik, Nanna won't be able to tolerate Vennela carrying a baby on her marriage day, how much sure are you on this, ippudu tanu nee intlo untundi and live-in Relationship aite assalu kane kaadu mee vyavaharam( Now she will live in your house and you people are not in live-in relationship kind right?)" he said
"Is it okay if I ask her for lunch, dinner, evening dates?" I asked them
"Full ok from me Karthik, I don't have any problem but promise mustn't be misused understood?" said Athiya
"Okay Aunty" I said
"Karthik when are you people planning for engagement? Are you guys sure?" Asked uncle to me
"That confirmation only Vennela can give Uncle I am helpless regarding this but yeah I am thinking this to be sorted out by the end of August or september maybe?" I said
"I will talk to Vennela on this and to your parents too on this regard" said Uncle
"yeah sure uncle" I said
I got call from my buddies to reach airport, the flight was evening 4:15 from HYD to BLR, my buddies thought to munch a bit light at the airport's expensive dishes in lounge. They all were feeding their wives today and specially Gokul and Alekhya were seeming more than happy. So I was waiting to know their secret for happiness.
"So what's the matter Aki, you are so happy?" asked Ranjana
"So we have a news to you guys, actually open these envelops" said Gokul
CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE PROMOTED TO UNCLE'S POST....
"What seriously Gokul and Alekhya?" we all asked
"Yes" we both ae going to become Mom and Dad.
"Woah, wohooooo, yeahh!" We all shouted for both of them, and they both kissed. I was imagining the whole situation with Vennela. WOW! but I need to wait for minimum 2 years to experience this. Or maybe don't know. But having a girl or a child is whole lot of nice experience. Its going to be a whole new chapter of my life.
"Congratulations my sister, finally you are gonna make him stop alcohol for these 9 months" I said
"Yo man! I want my child to be healthy as my baby, what say baby?" he took her into his arms, pure love and adoration.
"So Ashwin when are we going to listen the good news from you guys" asked Gokul
"Haan, leave about us, Girl or Boy?" asked Ashwin
"look I have a feeling that you might get a Boy" said Ranjana
"Hey, Ranju....I want a girl, I just want her to look like pure angel and will warn her to get away from boys like Gokul" said Alekhya, hahhaa, her sense of humor
