Karishma's Past (Part 4)

Singh family reaches Kolkata

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport

The Singhs exit the airport. Commissioner of Kolkata ( Vishal Singh) who is also a close friend of Keshav is waiting out for them along with a few officers.

Vishal: Jai Hind Commissioner Keshav Singh.

Keshav: Jai Hind Commissioner Vishal Singh.

Vishal then greets the other family members.

Vishal: Keshav tum humare saath aao sonargachi, bhabhiji aur dono bacchon ko hum hotel bhejte hai abhi woh bhi police protection ke saath. Chinta mat karo hum apni ek bahut hi kaabil officer ko unke saath bhejenge toh koi khatra unhe chu bhi nahi sakta.

Keshav: Ok. Anuradha tum Anu aur Kashish ko leke hotel jao, yeh officer tum logon ke saath tum logon ki suraksha keliye hogi. Hum Vishal ke saath sonargachi jarahe hai Kashi ko dhoondne.

Anubhav: Baba hum bhi aayenge aapke saath.

Keshav: Nahi Anu hum tumko sonargachi jaise jagah pe nahi leke jasakte.

Anubhav: Nahi baba humko bhi aapke saath aana hai, humhe apni Kashi ko dhoondke usko gale se lagana hai. Please baba mana mat kijiye, humhe bhi aapke saath chalne dijiye. (says this with tears streaming down his face and hands folded)

Keshav was about to say no but Vishal interrupts.

Vishal: Keshav agar woh itna keh raha hai toh aane dete hai na usko humare saath.

Keshav: Theek hai Anu tum humare saath aasakte ho.

Anubhav: Dhanyawad baba.

Anuradha and Kashish along with the officer leave for the hotel. While Vishal, Anushav and a few police officers leave for sonargachi.

30 minutes later
They reach sonargachi and get down from the car. Anubhav sees that the entire place is filled with women wearing revealing clothes. He lowers his eyes down in shame while walking with his father. Vishal who was observing Anubhav smiles seeing this.

Vishal: Officers aap teeno unn teen galiyon mein jaake puch tach kijiye, hum iss gali mein jaate hain, Keshav tum uss direction mein jao aur Anubhav beta agar tumko kono dikkat na ho toh ka tum uss gali mein jaakar puchtach karsakte ho?

Anubhav: Vishal uncle hum apni gudiya ko dhoondne keliye kuch bhi karsakte hai.

Everyone leaves in different directions to look for Karishma.

Anubhav's side
Anubhav is showing Karishma's photo to everyone asking about her but no one knows anything. He sees a young girl and goes to her. He was hesitant to go but he went coz his sister matters to him the most.

Anubhav: Suniye.

The girl turns towards him. She looks at him and traces his face with her finger.

Girl(seductively): Ha babu bolo main pehle hi batadeti hoon 10 hazar se kam nahi lungi main ek raat keliye.

Anubhav gently pushes her hand away.

Anubhav(softly): Dekhiye behenji kripya karke humko sparsh na kare, hum streeyon se antar banake rakhte hai aur hum uss mansha se aapke paas nahi aaye hai.

Girl(stunned): Log hum jaisi ladkiyon najane kaise kaise naamon se bulate hai aur aap humko behen bularahe hai. Main ek vaishya hoon aur vaishya kisiki behen kabhi nahi hosakti.

Anubhav: Kahe? Toh ka hua agar aap vaishya hai, aap bhi toh ek manushya ek mahila hi hai na. Kisne kaha ki ek vaishya kisiki behen nahi hosakti?

The girls eyes brim with tears at Anubhav's words.
