This os is based on the episode where Shivani learns Karishma's truth. Here just like the so show Anubhav is dead as he was encountered by Kareena. (but is he really dead?) Here Kareena were together from the start only in the plan, Karishma didn't hide from Haseena that she has joined chingari gang. Nor was Karishma shot on her leg.
Let's get into the story.
Binny calls Shivani from Cheeta's phone. Soon Shivani picks the call and Binny tells her everything. Listening the truth Shivani gets furious and cuts the call. While Haseena goes and snatches the phone from Binny.
Binny(laughs): Humne jiji ko sab sach bata diya hai, ab woh Karishma Singh ko nahi chodegi.
Pushpa: Maddam sir jaldi se bahurani ko phone karke rangrez gali se lautne ko kahiye, humko uski bohut chinta horahi hai.
Haseena: Fikar mat kijiye Pushpa ji hum abhi Karishma Singh ko phone karte hai .
Rangrez gali Karishma comes to Shivani.
Karishma: Shivani hum jarahe hai thane, chinta mat karo hum Binny ko samjha denge chingari gang ke virudh bayan na dene ko.
Shivani glares at Karishma and catches her throat choking her, Karishma is shocked by this.
Shivani: Tujhe kya laga Karishma Singh, tum mujhe dhoka dogi aur mujhe pata bhi nahi chalega. Mujhe kuch bhi bardaasht hai lekin dhoka nahi. Ae pakdo re isko.
Four women come and hold Karishma tightly while she struggles to free herself. Karishma's phone starts ringing and Shivani picks it up.
Haseena: Hello Karishma Singh Binny ne Shivani ko apka sach batadiya hai, aap fauran waha se nikal jaye.
Shivani: Ab bohot der horahi hai jazbaaton wali bai, Karishma Singh ab mere kabze mein hai.
Haseena(tensed): Dekho Shivani Karishma Singh ko chod do, tumhari dusmani humse hai na please unhe kuch mat karo.
Shivani: Wah kya dosti hai abhi tak maine iss gaddar ko haath bhi nahi lagaya aur tumhe udhar ehsaas bhi hogaya.
Haseena(angry): Dekho Shivani Karishma Singh ko chod do warna.
Shivani: Warna kya just baaton wali bai?
Haseena: Warna hum waha aayenge unhe lene, uske baad ya toh hum rahenge ya tumhara woh chingari gang.
Shivani: Tu yaha Karishma Singh ko lene pahunch jao usse pehle hi main usko kahi aur bhej dungi woh bhi humesha humesha keliye. Alvida karo apni pyaari dost ko.
Haseena(warns): Khabadaar Shivani agar tumne Karishma Singh ko haath bhi lagaya toh.
Shivani: Ae maar iss gaddar ko, itna maaro ki iski cheekon se Haseena Malik ki rooh kaanp jaye.
The women start hitting Karishma with a whip, it was hurting badly but Karishma didn't cry or scream even once. This was making Shivani more angry. Meanwhile Haseena cuts the call and team MPT leave for rangrez gali.
Unknown place A man is seen in his balcony thinking something.
Man: Bohut samay hogaya humhe apni Kashi se vartalaap kiye hue, usko durbhash karte hai abhi. Usse suchit bhi kardenge ki hum punah Lucknow aagaye hai apna mission sampann karke.
(Yes that man is Anubhav who never died, you'll will get to know later how he survived.)
Anubhav takes his phone dials Karishma's number.
Rangrez gali Shivani goes to Karishma to hit her when the phone rings again. Both Shivani and Karishma look at the caller id, Karishma widens her eyes seeing the name while Shivani is confused.

Karishma: Darling yeh toh Anu bhaiya ka call hai, agar Shivani ne yeh phone utha diya toh. Nahi hum bhaiya ka sach kisiko bhi pata nahi lagne denge. Humko kuch karna hoga. (In mind)
Shivani: Ab yeh darling kon hai joh tujhe phone kar raha hai Karishma Singh, chalo main hi uthake dekhti hoon.
Karishma(shouts): Khabadaar Shivani agar tumne woh call uthaya toh.
Shivani(smirks): Ek call ke wajah se itna tilmila rahi ho, kuch toh baat hai isne. Ab toh main call receive kar ke hi dekhungi. Shivani pics the call and puts it on speaker.
Anubhav: Hello Kashi.
Karishma: Kalank (shouts interrupting him)
Anubhav immediately cuts the call hearing this, he then gets Karishma's location traced and leaves for there.
Shivani: Ae kya bola tunhe uss aadmi ko, koi code word hai na tumhara. Kya hai iss ka matlab?
Karishma: Nahi bataungi, joh ukhadna hai ukhad lo. In mind: Kalank humare aur bhaiya ka code word hai. Bhaiya ko ghyaat hogaya hoga ki hum sankat mein hai, ab woh yaha avashya aayenge.
Some time later Shivani's women are torturing Karishma badly by continuously hitting her with the whip. Karishma is bearing all the torture silently without letting out a single cry. Shivani goes to Karishma with a dagger.
Shivani: Bohot hogaya tera ab tu mar, mujhe dhoka dene ki saza toh tujhe bhugatni padegi.
Saying this Shivani stabs Karishma in her stomach.
Shivani: Yeh mujhse gaddari karne keliye(stabs her again) yeh chingari gang mein ghuske usse tabah karne ki koshish karne keliye (stabs her once more) yeh mere aur Binny ke beech galatfehmi karne keliye.
Karishma's uniform is stained with blood, she is in extreme pain but doesn't show it on a face. She laughs looking at Shivani.
Karishma: Yeh sab humne apne kartavya keliye kiya jiska humhe koi paschatap nahi hai.
