Famous heroine Virgo stood up from the interrogation seat in impatience, accidentally hitting her knee, pretending that it didn't hurt.

"Chief, you might wanna get that checked", the Villain, hands and legs tied up for safety mocked her, "you're limping".

"Shut the fuck up, won't you? " Virgo looked at her threateningly.

"You were begging me to speak a little while ago. You're sending mixed signals, sweetie. That's a very immature thing to do", the villain pouted, pretty face very convincing, until she couldn't hold it anymore and burst out laughing at the sight of Virgo's annoyed face.

Completely out of it after two hours of not getting anything, Virgo spat out with a stern face, "You haven't changed at all, Gemini".

At the mention of her past name, Gemini's entire mood changed, and the sharp, malicious gaze she sent Virgo's way reminded the heroine of just how evil the person in front of her was, "Don't fuck with me. That's not my name".

Virgo, finally seeing a trace of seriousness in the conversation, tried to use the other's carelessness to her favor and get her to confess something. She got close to the chained villain, moving her chair to the side, and caging her down with both of her arms on the arms rests, "Oh? then what is it?"

"Boss..." a hesitant voice sounded in Gemini's head, "this doesn't look like an interrogation. Isn't she way too close?'

'She kind of is', Gemini swallowed saliva, a tad bit flustered. She could smell the classical cinnamon cologne of the other, one she had known since childhood. Strand of the other's long hair tickled her neck. 'Fuck', she cursed herself, 'She's so hot'.

The voice in her mind sounded annoyed, "Don't tell me you haven't gotten over her".

'None of your business', she thought. Sagittarius was being way too noisy these days. She'd have to teach them a lesson.

"Please don't".

She quickly regained herself, and sighed comically," If you really don't know my name, then the situation is a bit dire, isn't it?"

"The situation is dire regardless of anything", Virgo let go of the chair, rubbing her temples. "You've murdered hundreds of people".

"Almost done", Sagittarius, about to teletransport her to the base, said.

Gemini decided she wanted to have fun until then. (And if her heart throbbed at the thought of leaving Virgo again, she hid it even to herself).

"Wrong place, wrong time", was her only answer to the accusation.

At Gemini's indifference, Virgo could feel anger rise up her throat. "You've committed acts of terrorism".

"Oh, so now we're listing our bad deeds? I know Santa won't bring me anything this year, alright", Gemini shrugged.

"Ha!" Sagittarius laughed.

Virgo didn't. She gave herself the liberty to slap the other hard on the face, surely leaving a bruise.

"You bastard, this is serious! Don't you know all the shit you've caused?!"

"Not really. I tend to not count".

"Then I'll list it, just so that you know what you're going to rot in jail for", Virgo spat at her, opening the document in the table that contained different files of crimes Gemini had committed.

Virgo took out the first page, sliding it over to the villain's side so she could see, "You robbed X bank, and bombed it afterwards".

Gemini frowned, titling to look at the picture, 'Wasn't this Leo?', she asked Sagittarius. "I think so", they answered.

"Well, some pennies do us all well", Gemini answered, not bothering to clear anything up.

"It was two billion dollars", Virgo glared.

"The cost of living keeps rising", Gemini reasoned.

Then, the heroine slid over another page, "You started a shooting in the middle of the hero council, killing the chairman".

"That one's pisces", Sagittarius remembered. 'Oh yeah', Gemini suddenly remembered the day he entered, covered in blood laughing like a maniac. 'I think he said he was an anarchist?' "Blamed it on the full moon or some shit".

"The man was old already. I did him a favor putting him out of his misery- I doubt he could even chew".

"You terrorized the entire country by sending a fake death threat message through the TV", Virgo kept insisting.

"Oh. That one was me", Sagittarius admitted. 'Now that I think about it, what have I done?' Gemini wondered.

"Not my fault people will believe anything. Don't politicians do the same, anyway? Why is it only me who gets lectured?"

There was a tense silence before Virgo slid over the last page.

"You-", Virgo stuttered on her words, "You killed Taurus, our friend, in cold blood".

'Ah', Gemini winced, 'That I did'.

"... You wouldn't understand", she settled for saying.

Virgo was trying hard not to cry. That empty shell of a person, that devil who always managed to get what she wanted, that thorn in peace's side, sitting in front of her... "Are you even really Gemini?", she asked, her question like the last flickering candlelight of hope standing.

"Done", Sagittarius informed her.

As she felt herself disappearing, Gemini fought the unbearable pain that being teletransported caused to look directly at Virgo's panicked face and honestly say, "It's like you said", she caught the last glimpse of the other, heartbroken eyes staring, "I haven't changed".

And then she was gone.
