"We are all in the same game, just different levels;

Dealing with the same hell, just different devils."

"So, what now?", Blake questioned, looking at Eros and Kristine who were presently watching the television. Kristine looked at Eros. He had a distant look in his eyes. She knew there was something in his mind. He ran his hair through his brown hair and smiled.

"I know", he said.  Blake looked at him , wanting him to continue.  "A candle light dinner".

Kristine grinned and threw her hands over his neck from behind.  "Yes! It's perfect! A candle-light dinner!", she said. Blake looked at them, skeptical. "And how will that help in bringing her memory back?"

Eros and Kristine looked at each other.

"Er.. well, you know, you both are spending time together.. so.. well.. it will help..", Kristine said.

"It's not helping , now, is it?", Blake said.

"Yes, it is. You're going. This will give you both more time with each other.", Eros said, nodding.

"We'll do the arrangements of the dinner.. near the hill side .. ", Kristine said."And yes! Go cycling with her!". Blake looked at her in disbelief. Cycling? ."Believe me, it's gonna work.. She's going to sit close to you and everything.. ", she continued.

"Kristine, that's two hours! He couldn't be cycling so far..", Eros said.

"Oh, off course he can. He can do at least this much for her, can't you Blake?", Kristine said. Blake looked out of the window towards her room and smiled.

"Off course I can. I can do anything for her", he said, softly.

After coming back from the university that day, Blake asked Lucy about the dinner.

"Off course I'll go, Blake", she said. Blake smiled. "Okay, I'll pick you up at five in the evening"

"That early?", Lucy questioned. Blake patted her head gently. "You'll see why" . Lucy blushed at Blake's gesture. "Okay", she said, and went inside her house.

Blake stood in front of Lucy's house at five. She came out, her hair let loose behind her back, wearing a white and blue floral dress. It matched Blake's blue shirt and black jeans. He smiled at her. She momentarily reeled, getting lost in his blue eyes. And then, she realized why he had come early.

Blake was sitting on a cycle, waiting for her. She laughed.

"This must be Kristine's idea, wasn't it?", she said. Blake nodded, laughing along. She sat beside him sideways and nodded. Blake fixed his legs on the paddles and starting cycling.

"So? Has this happened in the past?", she said.

"Nope", Blake replied.

"Oh.. well.. where are we going then?", she asked.

"To the hill side"",he replied.

"What? That's two hours from here! Blake you couldn't be cycling that far! It's crazy!", she said.

Blake laughed. "Well, Lucy, this is nothing compared to my craziness for you"

Lucy smiled. This guy makes it all beautiful. I don't know what I'd be with him.  She placed her hand on his shoulder as he paddled.

They went though gardens and roads and people stared at them. It was so unusual to cycle these days. Blake said  Lucy about all that they had done in the past, and she heard him with undivided attention. As they were cycling, they looked like a couple enveloped in a blue cloud of love and affection. They looked pure, dedicated, calm, in love.

After about an hour, Blake stopped the cycle.

"Let's sit, okay? You must be tired..", Lucy said. Blake nodded and walked towards the bench near by. They sat down on the bench, surrounded by white and red flowers. They sat in silence for some time. Blake looked at Lucy and smiled. She looked back at him.

"Didn't you ever hate me for it, Blake?", she asked. Blake looked surprised.

"Didn't you ever hate me for forgetting you and all that happened? It might have been painful, didn't I make you hate me?"

Blake shook his head. "You,Lucy, are the most important thing in my life. And I love you. Nothing can ever change that, no matter what happens", he said. Lucy smiled, feeling that she was perhaps the luckiest girl in the whole wide world. Blake gently kissed her forehead.

"I love that", she said.

Blake was surprised. "You.. you remember?"

She smiled. "I remember this". Blake entwined his hand in hers. "Thank you", he said.

"I'll be cycling this time. You're resting", Lucy said, walking towards the cycle. Blake held her hand.

"No, off course you aren't. I'm doing it. Don't worry", he said. And before she could defend herself, he sat down. She sighed and sat behind him again.

"Lucy, hold on to me. I'm speeding up", Blake said. She gripped his shoulders and nodded.

"I'm ready", she said, and he cycled with full speed.

As while they passed, an old couple smiled looking at him. Lucy had closed her eyes , and Blake was looking at her from the mirror.

"Kristine, this was absolutely crazy", Lucy said , after they reached the place. Blake was panting by the time they reached. Kristine looked at Eros and grinned. Lucy handed Blake a glass of water and settled his hair with her hand.

"Look at them, they look so cute don't they?", Kristine said, laughing. Lucy blushed.

"Shut up, Kristine", she said, embarrassed. They laughed.

"Your table is ready, so come", Eros said. He gestured towards the table .  It had  a candle in the middle, two chairs with red ribbons and red flowers. It was there, open in the field.

"Oh my God.. look at that..", Kristine said, gesturing towards the sky. They looked up.

It was filled with a million stars that shone so brightly, they wondered if any darkness would seeps through. They twinkled , millions of them altogether, as if salt is sprinkled across the greenish firmament.  It looked beautiful, magical.

Blake smiled. He grabbed Lucy's hand and took her towards the table. She marvelled his charming authorian manner and sat down. Kristine and Eros slowly went out, somewhere away from their sight. Blake and Lucy were silent for some time, but then, Lucy asked something.

"What is your greatest fear, Blake?"

Blake looked into her eyes and said, "My greatest fear , Lucy, is of loosing you yet again".

Kristine and Eros smiled. they were coming back. Little by little, brick by brick. Lucy and Blake were re constructing their hearts once again, falling for each other once again, starting it all over as if it were a new beginning. The four of them were happy again with all their sorrows fading away. There was no end to their happiness that night, they were content as ever.

Because, sometimes,in past when life gives you a hundred reasons to cry for, you have to show it , that in future , you'll have a thousand reasons to smile.
