When elena turned the phone towards adriana and showed her the post, she saw her smile drop and her eyes tear up.

What elena didn't expect was for adriana to pick up her phone and call oakley, putting him on speaker, since he posted that 10 mins ago he would be active now.

Meanwhile, oakley was at a strip club and he saw his phone ring, he just shrugged it off till it rung again and again and again, he awnsered after she called him four times.

He awnsered the call, yelling a 'hello' over the very loud music.

Adriana decided to act like nothing happened to see how he would act.

'hi oakley'

'hey love what's up'

'nothing much im just bored, where are you at I can hear music'

'uhh... im at uh a club?'

'oh with who'

'jus a few mates adriana'

He said sounding annoyed.

'oh, well I just wanted to tell you that I miss you'

'okay.. I have to go, uh bad connection'

'okay, I love you-'

Adriana was cut off when he just hung up the phone, she looked up at elena and she looked pissed.

'when he gets back im ripping that damn man bun off that bitches head'

'no, elena your not'

'adriana did you not see what he just posted?!'

'it's fine it probably meant nothing'

'what?! Some random slut was twerking in his face and that's nothing?!'

'his friends just maybe forced him to go'

'adriana he just lied to you 7 times in 2 minutes'

'elena I don't know, he just.. I don't know'

'this isn't healthy'

Elena said softly as she held elenas soft hands.

'you can't keep on letting him manipulate you'

Adriana looked taken aback by this statement, deep deep down she knew elena was right, but she couldn't belive it..

'he's not manipulative elena!'

'can't you see adriana?! He has like a fucking secret relationship with some random bitch and your still with him!'

'it's not a relationship they're just friends!'

'really?! Please tell me your taking a piss adriana'

'im not'

'I promised to never speak of this again hit I have no choice, this is turning into what happened between you and Francisco all those years ago and I will stand by that'

'wow elena...'

That short rant absolutely broke adriana.

'just leave..'

'what?- no adriana-'

'go'

Adriana sat in her room that night, she debated on whether she should call him or not.

She did.

The second time she called him he awnsered, silence on his side of the phone.

'oakley?'

'hi'

'hey... you okay? How are you?'

'uh im good, what do you want'

'I just wanted to hear your voice..'

'yea ok'

'how's New York'

'it's g'

'cool'

Silence

'hey uhh adriana I have to go okay'

'oh'

'ill talk to you again'

And before adriana could reply or even say I love you to him, he hung up.

She threw her phone to the side of her bed and broke down into tears, maybe elena was right, maybe it was toxic, but it was too late to change adriana, all her relationships where manipulative and toxic, she didn't know the difference between a healthy relationship and a toxic one anymore...
