When adriana came home, she came home to clean and 'refreshed' apartment.

Her apartment was always a mess, I mean she was just too busy to clean it.

When she says messy she means her room and that's it.

Her room was always a state, but the rest of her apartment was very clean and organised.

But something was different.

She furrowed her eyebrows and slowly walked inside, shutting the door and locking it.

She knew cench was still here because she could smell him.

And his shoes were here...but whatever.

Anyways, she slowly walked inside and looked around, not seeing him.

odd she thought.

'oakley?'

She lightly called out, but she didn't get a response.

She walked into the kitchen, to see him leaning up against the counter on his phone.

'hello?'

No response.

'okay then'

She mumbled as she put her things down on the kitchen counter.

It's like she didn't even exist.

'if your just gonna ignore me then why are you still here'

'are we really arguing 3 days after getting back together?'

'excuse you I tried calmly talking to you but you had to scream and throw a fit'

'no I didn't'

'you did. you don't even know the full story!'

'then why didn't you tell me?!'

'I tried!'

He rubbed his eyes but his palms and let out a sigh.

'good god adriana and what the hell were you doing in these past 5 hours'

'distracted myself and took care of myself, because some people arent capable of doing that for me'

'wow'

'yea wow oakley'

'I just cleaned your whole house because I knew you were not doing well, and that's what i get in return?..'

'I...no no no you are not going to manipulate or guilt trip me'

'im not doing that'

'the fuck you are'

'I knew I should've never texted you'

That was it.

He had said it out loud and there was no going back.

He turned to walk towards the door and leave, adriana following behind.

'you did not just say that to my face'

'yea well maybe I did'

'screw you'

'okay'

'okay?! Okay?!'

'yea okay'

He said, sounding annoyed.

He rolled his eyes and turned to face her.

'fine then'

She took off her promise ring that he got her all those years ago and put it in his palm.

'what- adriana you can't do that'

Wow now he sounded like he cared, funny.

She just looked him in the eyes and said..

'okay'

'what?-'

'okay.'

'whatever'

He turned and left.

Just as the door shut she automatically regretted it.

Her heart sunk and she teared up.

She opened the door and before he got into the elevator she called after him.

Typical.

'please dont!'

'huh?'
