[9] Breath of the Dragonair Pt.2

Everyone was shocked at the sight of the sudden attack,
"W-what-what-what in the world is happening?! A.... A Whirlpool has appeared around Dragonair... and it's pulling the contestants down... w-wait!! On top of the Dragonair's head... who is that?!"

The person on top of the Dragonair's head glared at the person who just spoke. "That's my business." He responded, his voice a deep tone. There was a large explosion going off in the distance, the water was splashing around. The people getting more damaged, some going under the water. The unknown person let out a scoff, "Hyper Beam." He commanded, a smirk on his face.

"Dragonite, Hyper Beam!" Dragonite came out and stopped the beam from hitting Vermilion City. The mans eyes widened seeing a very experienced looking Dragonite flying there, "Hmm... looks like the one we're looking for isn't here.... Move on already, Let's go Dragonair." He ordered, his Dragonair swimming off.

"Dragonite, follow after them. We're taking them down." Dragonite nodded and flew close to [y/n]. "Pika, get on his head."

"Pi!"

[y/n] jumped on and Dragonite immediately took flight, looking for the person who just tried to attack the person who just attacked them.

[y/n] flew right behind Dragonair, getting close to them. Yellow was close behind on Dody. "Ayah!! If we keep running along the shore, we'll lose sight of them!"

She sent out Kitty and created a slingshot, she got on the slingshot. Shooting herslef forwards and making herself slam into Dragonite. This caught the mans attention, he turned around and that's when [y/n] noticed that this person was around her age. "Why have you followed me?" He asked, looking at them. "Why did you try to destroy the city!?" Yellow asked back.

The redhead closed his eyes, arms crossed over his chest. "I was looking for something... and the building were blocking my view. Pity, I wasn't able to succeed because of her."

"Just for a stupid reason, you were about to destroy countless people and Pokémon."

"Even if I succeeded, they wouldn't have died. The surfing contest is quite the event for Vermilion City. The city should have been empty."

"What—?!"

"Well, a trainer or two might have bit the dust, but.... They're lucky I didn't succeed. But since you're here.... You're the only one getting hurt!"

He declared, Dragonair flew towards them. "I knew Team Rocket used Pokémon for evil, but I've never heard anything like this...."

"Evil? Well, well.... Is that what I was doing?" He asked, "I had no idea.... Ha ha ha....." Then he focused his eyes on [y/n], "But look at it from a Pokémon's perspective, would you want to be kept as a pet in some suffocating little city like that?" He asked.

The two Dragon-types kept attacking each other, Dragonite dodging occasionally. "Human good and Pokémon good are diametrically opposed! All humans on earth, except for Elite Trainers, must be destroyed! That is the mission of Lance of the Elite Four!!"
