Sean and Owen settled into their chairs, a delicious dinner spread upon Owen's elegant dining table.
Sean breathed in the appetising scent of his plate before picking up his cutlery, ready to begin consuming the culinary delight before him.
He deftly cut into the steak with precision, admiring the tenderness and how his knife slid through it, with a minimum of resistance.
Selecting his mouthful he paused and shot Owen a look raising a brow, "So Owen, I hear you asked Sang out, only to be rejected. Has the mighty fallen?"
Owen looked unconcerned as he carried on with his dinner, his demeanour confident.
Sean stopped, dropping his cutlery down with a clatter.
"You didn't... You cold-hearted bastard. Did it occur to you that she truly is a genuinely beautiful woman, inside and out?"
