Okay, things are going well at the entrance, but a new issue has arisen. Nick needs to decide what they should play first. He has heard of this park’s reputation, but it’s true that all the attractions here are very impressive. So many rides and games are available that they make him dizzy. Oh my god, look at those thrill-rides. This is bad news. There’s no doubt that at least one person in their group won’t be able to handle this.

“Ash.”

So Nick has to do this. He has to consult Ash. For the sake of God. This will be so awkward. He’s sincerely sorry to Karlyle from the bottom of his heart. After contemplating for a moment, he decides to call Ash, who’s walking in front of him. However, at that very moment, he doesn’t see Karlyle and Kyle’s gleaming eyes snapping at him. Kyle looks at him with clear anxiety on his face. But this is an important matter, Nick has no choice. Ash turns to him with a kind smile.

“Yes, Nick?”

Nick doesn’t notice the way the two Frost brothers’ faces turn dead cold at that nickname. The urgent thing right now is to find out what the man who is his husband’s brother doesn’t like. Although he always tries his best to dodge Karlyle, to be honest, he doesn’t want his rank to drop any further in Karlyle’s black list. What if he chooses something Karlyle hates and ends up being criticized?

“Can you talk to me for a sec?”

There’s no big deal, but this is truly awkward. He can sense some upsetting pheromones warfing up in the air, not sure whether they are from Karlyle or Kyle. Worries appear on Ash’s face, he turns to Karlyle. Nick politely asks again.

“Please. Just a few seconds.”

“Nick, what’s wrong?”

This time, Kyle steps up. He grabs his wrist and asks with a serious face. That makes him panic a little. No no no, Kyle. There's nothing wrong.

“Just something. Don’t be like that. Wait for me for one minute, okay?”

Soothing Kyle like pampering a child, he quickly signals Ash with his eyes. Ash seems to get the seriousness of the situation, his smile fades a little. Then he turns to Karlyle and says considerately.

“Lyle, it seems that I have to talk for a moment. Is it okay?”

At that moment, Nick receives an icy stare from Karlyle. My goodness, that sharp and scary stare looks especially harsh today. He just got a chill in his spine.

“It will be quick, right?” Ash asks him again to reassure Karlyle.

“Of course. I swear on my lawyer license, there’s nothing big.”

Saying that makes Nick seem like he’s making excuses. He’s regretting this already. He just needs some suggestions. All he wants is to not be added in the black list, but things are going south. However, he’s getting fired up.

Two rides on the coller roaster. That’s it, and they are done.

His initial plan was to play here for 2 or 3 hours, but now, it’s better to make it quick. He has his reasons. The longer they are here, the more likely he is to be killed by Karlyle’s deadly sharp eyes.

“I’m not sure why you need to talk in private….” Karlyle says. “....But okay.”

He sounds so stern and business-like. Shifting his gaze from Nick to Ash, Karlyle’s eyes soften. That’s how Nick sees, but Ash seems to view it differently.

“You are pretty.”

Ash gently pats Karlyle’s cheek. Nick has heard Ash said that a few times in their housewarming party. "Pretty”, that word is true about 99%. He can’t deny that Karlyle Frost has a rare beauty. It isn’t hard to tell that he and Kyle are siblings since they both possess that cold beauty. Kyle’s features are softer and gentler, but their thin and dusty pink lips are the same.
