"What did you need to talk to me about?" He crossed his legs and sat up right leaning into your general direction. You looked down on the floor twiddling your thumbs. "Well don't look so discouraged! Speak your mind, I'm here to listen." You sighed, "Lyney, I like Lynette." "Oh!" Lyney exclaimed while immediately sitting upright at your comment. "This is stupid" you whispered and darted towards the door. Lyney was surprised by your sudden action. "No....". "Sit. Back. Down." he demanded. You cursed under your breath. You got yourself into this mess and there seemed to be no way out. You took a seat back on the couch you were originally sitting on, Lyney removed his hat and looked down towards the ground. "It's not stupid.. Lynette mentions you a lot. I have nothing against it, it's just hard to fathom, you know?" "If anything happens, take care of her okay?" You nodded your head at the boy in front of you, but you still couldn't help but feel a tinge of guilt. You got up from your seat and walked over to give Lyney a hug. Lyney stood up and returned your warm embrace.

Walking out of the room Lynette was standing around the corner making a pot of tea. "I assume your chat went well?" Lynette inquired. You nodded with a small blush on your face, she then turned her eyes to her brother. "Oh it went splendidly! Just discussing a few matters is all." Lyney replied, sticking his tongue out and winking. You couldn't help but feel a tinge of awkwardness. I mean you just confessed your love for Lyney's sister to him not even 5 minutes ago and now the girl who you've had eyes for is standing right in front of you?! To try to clear up some of the awkwardness you felt you thought you should bring up the awkwardness that "Father" had come to discuss with you. "Should we plan a way to get into the Fortress of Meropide?" "Ah! It's like you read my mind!" you couldn't help but side eye the man. You know he was also trying to clear up the awkwardness but wasn't he overdoing it? Just a little? Lyney clearly didn't pick up on your unamused face, but decided to call over Freminet. "Oh Freminet! We have family matters to discuss!" Freminet, playing with Pers with a small smile on his face, turned immediately serious. "Oh yeah... what 'Father' wanted us to do.." "Do you have a plan in mind Lyney?" "Well of course my dear Freminet!"

Me and Lynette will perform as usual at Fontaine's Opera House.
You and Freminet will be behind the scenes waiting for the snap
of my finger.. Once you hear the snap, the audience's wallets..
will be transported back stage next to You and Freminet.
Both of you will leave the Opera House and put them into
Fontaine's main safe.. Once this is completed you will join
us for the final bow, and everyone should notice that something
is missing from their person...

"Uhh.. are you sure this is fool proof?" Freminet sounded concerned, having never done something "this extreme" before. "I'm not quite sure... although it should end us a stay at the Fortress of Meropide!" Freminet nodded somewhat agreeing with Lyney's "almost somewhat 'I'm not quite sure' fool proof plan." "I'm sure it'll play out great, I'm just glad I get to remain the assistant as always." Lynette said, taking the warm pot of tea off of the flame. You stood there still in thought not being able to get what You and Lyney discussed out of your mind. "Does anyone want some tea?" Lynette asked with her ears perking up.
